This charming home has everything you need for your stay in Louisville. Recently remodeled, comfortably furnished and located within 5 minutes of several restaurants and shops. Main level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a full bed with en suite bathroom featuring a luxurious garden tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back deck, complete with table and chairs, and a gas grill. A great place to rest your head after visiting the local sights including Churchill Downs, the outlet mall, museums, and more! Very convenient highway access to down town yet close to grocery and shops (less than 1 mile).

We stay in VRBO rentals around the world and wanted to create the type of atmosphere that our family look for when out of town. We want clean, safe, quiet, convenient to highways and grocery shops but with the niceties of our home like stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, awesome bathrooms and a great shower head. When we go out of town we don't want to be disappointed by the place we have chosen so that's why we are offering you the best of everything but at a family friendly price.
