Nice place

We had everything needed for our stay. Beautiful. The laundry washer had mold in it. It needs to be cleaned and left open after use. The master bed needs repair on the supports underneath. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

This was our 4th trip, staying at OARC. So far, have never had a bad experience. Units and linens always clean. (The dishwasher needed rinse aid for the cloudy glasses) but other than that; love staying here with the location yo our needs and rhe beaches. Definatley would stay here again.

Breezy ocean view

I enjoyed the balcony of this condo the most. When not on the beach or in town I sat on the balcony and even in the humid heat the breeze was lively and the site and sound of the ocean relaxing. I would say the owner should invest in comfortable patio furniture. It would be well used as a second dining area.

Both the ocean and pool are close by. Many nice restaurants are a short drive away. Ocean view .

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Our granddaughter and her girlfriend enjoyed it even more. Great place for families.
