Property needed to be cleaned prior to arrival. They sent Both maintenance and housekeeping as soon as we called but were disappointed that we had to call. Close to beach but could not go in Atlantic due to jellyfish

Family getaway

This condo is lovely and was perfect for my mostly adult, 7 member family. Our only issue was using the hot tub--not to the fault of the property owners or managers but with other vacationers in the complex, the hot tub was quickly the Kiddie Pool....some parents were great about making sure kids were not monopolizing it, some at the end of the week, were not. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, the pier, the beach, Savannah--perfect. Pay attention to road work--the last bridge to the island had work being done on it and we were in line for about 40 minutes before making it to the island on the day we arrived. There is only one road to and from, and several bridges, so while frustrating to wait, I appreciate that they are maintaining and updating the infrastructure.

Nice time away with family. Property would get higher rating if properly maintained!

We picked this unit because it looked cleaner than others. It was disappointing that we had to clean most surfaces upon arrival. Found out the next day that they pressure washed and painted the deck area. Was told they brought must things inside to allow for the cleaning. The end result was a filthy table top on the deck and particles on the table in the living room. The mext morning we found: the umbrella over the deck table was also broken, a light fixture in the shower was broken, cable service was not working in one room and was never resolved during the week, ice machine was frozen solid, and lastly a few other missed cleaning issues. As far as Tybee Island goes... I have no need to return! It is not as welcoming as it used to be. I will return to the area but either stay in Savanna or go to Hilton Head where visitors are more appreciated! This property could be real nice if properly maintained.

Turtle heaven

Brass Rail 109 is a great property. The Condo was very comforatable. Loved the Decor of the Turtles on the walls and table. We had bad weather so were inside much of the time, and did not get to enjoy the huge deck. Even used the heat and it was fabulous. ATT is our phone carrier and the cell service was virtualy non existant in the condo. We had go on the deck to get service and then we could sit by the living room glass door to use the phone which was frustrating. The WIFI was excellent in the condo. If you have a big SUV and the other parking spots have big trucks, it can be challenging to navigate the parking

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our week here. It was our first time to Tybee and the beach and town were so fun, perfect for families. And we loved not having to really drive anywhere if you didn’t want to! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and great layout with the master and patio away from the kids bedrooms. Patio was AWESOME, very big and lots of seating. Could see who was in the pool from the patio but never heard noise at night. The tv confused us for awhile bc there were several remotes and were used to our little fire stick but we figured it out. And it would’ve been nice to have some trash bags in the condo to start before we made a grocery run. But it was an amazing experience and we hope to rent the same condo next time we go, we loved it and can’t wait for next trip here!

Perfect for a family get-a-way

We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the entire feeling of the area. It was a wonderful time to relax, connect, and truly get back to the basics. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were awesome! I can't begin to say how nice the patio was either! Morning coffee, beach breezes, and reading under the umbrella was a highlight of vacation! Thank you so much for sharing TYB with us!

Great vacation

Our family had such a great time staying in your unit! Perfect location ! We walked everywhere! The place was spotless and nicely decorated! The huge porch overlooking the pool was a bonus!Will definitely come again!
