Make our happy place your vacation happy place at Rollin Tide C7 "Think Happy Thoughts". This modern and updated 1-bedroom unit can sleep up 5 guests and is dog friendly. From the 2nd floor you'll have a beautiful view of the heated pool and lush landscaping. A short walk takes you to convenient beach access.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed nook. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great 30A vacation.

The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for children and adults to walk, play or ride bikes in a beautiful and safe environment. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing and building a sandcastle. Just a short one and a half mile walk or bike ride using the paved bikeways takes your to nearby Seaside. Experience amazing food, unique shopping, free outdoor concerts, outdoor family movies, wine festivals, unique art festivals, live theater, art galleries, arts and craft shows, antique car shows and good old hometown parades. Sunset anywhere on 30A is a must.

On top of that, we are known for fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, skiing, and unique local shopping or the huge outlet mall in Sandestin (20 minutes away). It is absolutely one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in the world. If you desire a little more strenuous activity, jump in the car and take a short ride to Panama City or Destin for the theme parks, water parks and other attractions. Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay with our little family. So close to the beach, easy check in and check out, and the management company was really easy to work with when something might have gone wrong. Highly recommend!

Quaint and comfortable

We so enjoyed our stay despite the effects of Francine. Very clean, plenty of linens and towels, pillows and bed comfortable. Nice covered porch with views onto the pool with comfortable chairs made the rainy days enjoyable.

Aside from some cleaning issues that were mentioned to management, we enjoyed our stay. I never received a call back after notifying management on day 2 of our 5day stay, but we cleaned the areas I mentioned to the female on the phone. 5 people would definitely be cramped but do-able. We are familiar with the location so walking & biking to Seagrove is convenient. Overall a decent place to stay when you’re trying not to spend an outrageous amount to be directly on the beach.

We found the unit exactly as described and were able to enjoy spring break due to having everything we needed in this little gem. The location is convenient to the beach and local restaurants, and far enough off the road that the noise from spring breakers wasn't even noticed. We did have a little ant issue that was easily remedied with some spray that was found under the sink. We also accidentally left behind a few clothing items that we'd like to retrieve, yet the process to get those back has not been an easy one. The pool says heated but it wasn't on, so many of the vacationers were complaining since the weather was so cool and couldn't provide any heat. Overall, I'd stay there again and was happy with the spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great value -- Pet and family friendly condo in a good location. Condo and amenities were as described. Nice decor. Starter supply of bathroom and kitchen soaps were supplied which was nice; even had laundry and dishwasher detergent for a few loads. You will definitely need extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper if you are staying more than 4 nights and are more than 2 people. Super convenient to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as beach chairs and a nice beach umbrella. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. We were at the beautiful beach all day every day! The condo is located between two beach access points -- about a 5 minute walk to either one. Our 9 and 11 yr old boys normally complain about walking anywhere, but they did not mind this walk at all! We cooked most meals in house, but the condo is also walking distance to eating/shopping options and a short drive to many others. Many people traveled by bike or golf carts -- if you are planning on biking after sunset, then be sure to bring headlamps/flashlights/bike lights. The roads are dark after sunset so better to be seen and able to see the path ahead of you. Nice and quiet area to walk our dog -- she enjoyed her morning runs along 30A. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our first family trip to the Emerald Coast. We would recommend this condo and will return as long as our two boys fit on the sofa bed together...which may not be much longer :( Easy reservation/check-in/check-out. Suggestions for improvement: 1) Cutting board in the kitchen and a larger knife for cutting larger fruits like watermelon and canteloupe 2) Bathtub could drain better 3) Fresher pillows & shower curtain liner -- we doubled up on the pillow cases or placed an extra sheet over the pillow cases 4) Steam clean couch and bedroom carpet 5) Sofa bed probably would be uncomfortable for an adult or heavier weight person but our 9 and 11 yr old boys had no problems sleep

We were so disappointed to have to make the decision to leave two days early and lose money. Our decision was based on the track of the hurricane. It was tracking along our entire drive north to Ohio and we were concerned about driving in torrential rain, flooding and power loss that could impact us getting home safe.

Clean and comfortable

Great condo, small but the furniture and updated decor made it enjoyable. Stayed 2 nights and needed more toilet paper and paper towels because we cooked and utilized the kitchen often. coffee filters provided for the coffee we brought. by the way NO COFFEE SHOPS open before 7 am so I was happy to enjoy coffee on the balcony

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay very much. The management was very easy to talk to, and very prompt on answering any questions and deal with . This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say we picked the right spot in the right place. We stayed for a month and had a great time and would recommend you to anybody who is wishing to come . The rental was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The noise with the cupboards from the renter next-door could get loud at times but overall we had a great stay. Management was very on spot with the details to everything we needed prior to coming while we were there and as we were leaving. We were in walking distance to most things or a short drive to shops, eateries, beach etc . It was nice to sit out on the balcony and read a book and the pool area was very nice and relaxing to enjoy the sunshine. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Vrbo. The Bauers

Very pet friendly and had everything that was needed for a Think Happy Thoughts retreat away from home. Condo was clean and all was in working order. Patio chairs on the deck were a nice touch to snuggle into and relax. The bed was very comfortable as found in high end hotels. Loved that it was walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Benchmark was helpful and very attentive to my needs. Being able to bring my dog made the whole stay perfect.

Hidden Gem

We loved staying in this location if you’re looking for a non-beachfront property. The beach access was a quick walk from the property. However, once on the beach a large portion in front of the public access was privately owned. Had to walked down the beach about 50-60 yds to reach an area we were allowed to use. No complaints about the property except the pool did not feel heated as described in the booking information. Great deal for the listed prices.

Didn’t get the door code as it was blank in the access instructions. Contacted the management company but it was high volume time and couldn’t get anyone right away. Finally able to get in about 15 minutes after check in time. Otherwise nice stay. Quick walk to the beach. Great food nearby! Could use cooking oil for guests.
