Lovely modern home tucked away at the end of a quiet court within easy walking distance of the town centre. The property backs on to Bennetts Walk and there is an enclosed yard for your pet.

A modern kitchen in an open plan kitchen, dining & living area layout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer and electric stove/oven. The dining table can seat up to 6 people
LOUNGE
Featuring two living areas, the main living area forms part of the open plan kitchen/dining/living and the other can be shut off from the main living area. Both areas have TV's & DVD.

HEATING & COOLING
The property has ducted heating/cooling throughout plus a wood fire for the chilly months. *PLEASE NOTE firewood is not provided at this property and can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. We supply s starter supply kindling, firelighters and matches.

OUTDOORS
19 Georgian Court has a fully fenced side yard that can be accessed from the front of the property and from the sliding doors off the dining area. Through the sliding doors at the rear of the property, you will find an open grassed area out to Bennetts Walk with a gas BBQ and table and seating.
PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome. The side yard is fully fenced and the garage is a perfect sleeping spot for your furry friend.
To enable Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you clean up after your pet.
LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING & BIKE STORAGE
There is a lock up garage perfect for your car and bikes as well as sufficient driveway space to park two cars.
