Lovely, modern pet friendly home close to town in a quiet location

Lovely modern home tucked away at the end of a quiet court within easy walking distance of the town centre. The property backs on to Bennetts Walk and there is an enclosed yard for your pet.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

A modern kitchen in an open plan kitchen, dining & living area layout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer and electric stove/oven. The dining table can seat up to 6 people

LOUNGE
Featuring two living areas, the main living area forms part of the open plan kitchen/dining/living and the other can be shut off from the main living area. Both areas have TV's & DVD.

HEATING & COOLING
The property has ducted heating/cooling throughout plus a wood fire for the chilly months. *PLEASE NOTE firewood is not provided at this property and can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. We supply s starter supply kindling, firelighters and matches.

Main bathroom: shower, bath, vanity (toilet is separate)

OUTDOORS
19 Georgian Court has a fully fenced side yard that can be accessed from the front of the property and from the sliding doors off the dining area. Through the sliding doors at the rear of the property, you will find an open grassed area out to Bennetts Walk with a gas BBQ and table and seating.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome. The side yard is fully fenced and the garage is a perfect sleeping spot for your furry friend.

To enable Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you clean up after your pet.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING & BIKE STORAGE
There is a lock up garage perfect for your car and bikes as well as sufficient driveway space to park two cars.

A perfect stay
Really great stay here. Very clean with loads of space. Wanted for nothing in the kitchen. Comfy beds and an easy stroll into town. We had our two poodles with us too who were welcome at this property thank you. House heating was already on when we arrived on a cold day thank you. Not a thing to complain about.

Plenty of space for the whole family!
Fantastic property with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The photos do not do this place justice. The back yard opens up out to the river and only a short walk into town. We had a wonderful holiday at this property and highly recommend it for any family looking to stay in Bright. We will definitely book this place again in the future!
