Newly renovated, an affordable, fully furnished one bedroom, one bath condo on the FIRST floor, is just a short walk to the beach.

Located just off the main road, in Cape Canaveral, the condo is only 300 yards walk to the beach. It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center.

The condo sleeps 4 with a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your days on the beach and relax in the evening with a 42” flat screen TV, and free wi-fi.

Great Condo and Excellent Location

Unit was just as described and you can tell that it has been recently remodeled. Nicely appointed and less than two blocks from the beach. Owner is very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the use of the beach chair and umbrella. Will plan to stay again if available. Was able to walk to breakfast and dinner locations.

Not a bad thing to say. All was great! The owner contacted us immediately upon arrival, let us know if we needed anything to let him know. He followed up again later in our stay. We were there 11 days. Complex was quiet and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk. Will stay again

We loved staying here. I'd say it was even better than the pictures and description make it appear. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk, barely even a block to walk to. The bed was comfortable, the entire place was spotless and the amenities were helpful. Coffee maker, filters, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, amble beach towels and beach supplies as well. The beach umbrella really saved us from the sun too. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

The property looked exactly as pictured. It was on the small side, but perfect for a couple staying a few days.Being compact, there wasn't a lot of space for storing luggage. Luckily, we packed light! Clean, contemporary furnishings with everything needed to make your own meals, but also close to many area restaurants.The location was good being only a block & a half off the beach, which made it very handy to walk down to watch a rocket launch. The closet contained beach chairs, toys & even a sun hat. The neighborhood was typical for a beach town & we always felt safe walking around, day or night. We had no issues with noise whatsoever.Lastly, Petra, the property manager, was very responsive whenever we had questions.

The inside is very nice and the A/C works wonderfully. It is stocked with necessities (towels, shower stuff, kitchenware) and even had beach stuff available to borrow. Disney+ and Hulu was free to use on the TV. Overall really nice and the parking was convenient plus the walk to the beach was quite nice.

Nice little place for a quick getaway. 1 block walk to the beach crossover. Unit was clean. Only drawback is there is no washer and dryer.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with good views of Cape Canaveral. Had hoped for a launch but weather didn’t permit it. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I had hoped for some up to date visitor information as we had never been in that area.
