About this property

Cute & Convenient One Bedroom in North/Central Austin

My place is great for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers who are looking for a longer term stay. This is a private one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor, located in North/Central Austin - a prime and convenient area to a lot of amenities and not far from The Domain, Q2 Stadium (home of Austin FC), The Arboretum and Downtown. You'll have the entire condo to yourself, which comes with a comfy queen mattress for a great night's sleep, spacious closet, air mattress (if needed), fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer. WiFi and basic cable are included. A custom sliding barn door helps separate the bedroom from the living room. The shower was renovated in Feb of 2024, and the HVAC is new as of June 2024. Just a heads up - every unit on the first floor can hear their neighbors above them, so know that you may hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time.

Why they chose this property

This condo complex is conveniently located to downtown, The Domain and The Arboretum. Also, the complex is on the back side of a Walmart shopping center, so a pedestrian gate allows you to walk over to the shopping center for easy access to quick eats, shopping, services and the Chapparel Ice Skating Rink.
