Casa de Coco is a great house for a family retreat, multi-generational vacation in gorgeous Puerto Aventuras.

Casa de Coco has always benefitted from exceptional cleaning and housekeeping, we have enhanced these measures further to include disinfecting the house between each set of guests. The house also has contactless check-in and if desired by our guests' daily housekeeping (except Sundays and Holidays).

Situated on the golf course in a gated community, there is so much to see and do, even if that means doing nothing at all out at your private pool deck complete with a brand new Weber grill. Puerto Aventuras has it all, beaches, full-service marina, Dolphin Discovery, restaurants, cafes, shopping, golf, tennis, snorkeling, scuba, fishing and yet is also in the heart of the Riviera Maya, ideal for exploring Mayan sites, refreshing cenotes, or exciting adventure parks such as Xplor, Xenses and Rio Secreto. No matter how long your stay you will have a great reason to return as there is so much to see and do in this fantastic vacation spot. The house itself features four double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8. The king-size master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large closets, flat-screen TV, central A/C, and views of the pool, garden, and golf course. A second king-size room and another double room share a full bathroom. Downstairs there is another double room with a full bathroom. The open plan living areas invite great family moments and include a 55-inch flat-screen TV, large, comfortable sitting areas inside as well as outside on the screened-in terrace. The granite-topped kitchen is ideal for preparing your own meals or we can arrange for a private chef to come and fix your dream dinners, served wherever you like, at the dining room table, on the screened terrace, or outside by the pool. Dream of grilling poolside in the tropical climate? This home features a Weber grill. Original art and photography adorn the walls and the entire house is equipped to a very high standard for your complete enjoyment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Coco. It was all we had hoped for. There was plenty of room for six adults and two children. The facilities including the pool were excellent. The property managers were responsive and very thoughtful. The cleaning person was very pleasant and did a great job. Truly a great place for a family like ours.

We stayed here with our 3 children and their spouses to celebrate our 57th anniversary. This property is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. We loved the community of Puerto Adventures and had a wonderful time. Roger was very organized with prearrival information about how to get to the property and information about covid testing.

Great getaway from the cold!

Casa De Coco was the perfect location for my family. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk to restaurants, mini Market, marina and beaches. Roger and Ileana were always available before and during our stay to answer questions and provide recommendations. Olga kept the house clean and was very nice. Ramone, cleaned the pool throughout our stay and was a pleasure to talk to. The house had everything our family needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious for the six of us. Definitely recommend Casa De Coco!

Second time visiting Puerto Aventuras

After visiting Puerto Aventuras in 2021, our family of 4 decided to take another trip in 2022. This year, we wanted a little more privacy and instead of the condo on the ocean with a shared pool, we opted for a more spacious home with a private pool. Casa de Coco was perfect - an exceptionally appointed rental home with everything we could need and more. Roger and Ileana are extraordinary hosts - prompt with responses to any questions and very detailed and proactive with helpful info about the home and area. It was also very nice to have an in-person greeting from Ileana on our first day. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic home near Cancun

We can’t say enough about our stay in this lovely home in Puerto Aventuras. From the responsive connection to the property managers, Roger and his wife Iliana, to the quality of the home and it’s location and amenities you can’t beat it. About an hour south of Cancun, the puts you closer to amazing sites such as Tulum and Cobá, many fabulous cenotes, lovely local residents and very friendly expats. And the beautiful private pool is a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Soft towels, a fully equipped kitchen, excellent A/C, high thread count sheets, gorgeous landscaping in a very quiet community. Plus access to a golf cart to get around the community and use of the local Omni Hotel for beach, palapas and cocktails! As you can tell we miss this place and absolutely hope to return some day.

Perfect stay from house, hosts, to overall communication

House was as expected and ever better, quiet (except dogs barking a bit next door), big rooms and comfortable beds (only showers, no bathtub FYI), cozy indoor and outdoor-covered living room with mosquito screens everywhere, great swimming pool. cleaining everyday - Olga was amazing. Golf cart super usefull to do quick groceries or go to the Omni beach club where you get free access and lunch overthere is nice. Roger & Ileana were amazing, providing all the information the day before, welcoming us when we arrive, helped us booked Christmas Eve Restaurant, came in barely 10min when we were out of water.... nothing to add except that I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some family quality time.

Truly wonderful experience

The house itself is very well appointed. Furniture, bedding, AC, bathrooms kitchen appliances, TV/internet pool and outdoor space are all modern, clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of basic supplies such as filtered water, towels, toilet paper, etc. Our hosts also provided us with great service throughout the stay and regularly checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in process was easy and well-communicated to us. The house cleaning and pool cleaning service was also very good and efficient. When we had a minor maintenance issue with one of the bathrooms, our hosts immediately sent a person to repair. Our hosts also helped us with finding local beaches, grocery delivery and even arranged an at home COVID test for our trip back to the US. Finally, we loved the Puerto Aventuras area - it has a mix of local & overseas tourists as well as local, local people - it felt like a place full of life and activity. We found ourselves doing regular evening walks or golf cart drives to take in the vibe.

Amazing home. Amazing hosts!!

When our other VRBO was unexpectedly cancelled, Puerto Aventuras saved the day. From the perfect location (middle of everywhere) to the glorious house with the BEST backyard and enclosed porch, this was a vacation we will not soon forget. We were celebrating my Mom's 89th birthday with my husband, 7 year old son and Grandma. What a lovely place to call our home away from home.

Perfect vacation home in Puerto Aventuras

My family and another family stayed in this lovely home in PA for a week and had a great time. Ileana and Roger were amazing. Ileana came and welcomed us and showed us around the house, gave us tips on places to check out around town and was very responsive for anything we needed throughout our trip. She even did our grocery shopping so everything we needed was there upon arrival. We felt as though we were in paradise while relaxing out by the pool. It was so beautiful with the lush surrounding garden and sounds of the birds. The home was conveniently located to the PA Beach Club (which we drove the golf cart to), plenty of local restaurants, shops, and a quick drive to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for showers and the pool, and nice cool AC. Olga was also very sweet and would come do a quick clean up for us everyday which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars is Not Enough!

Totally loved our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, very clean spacious house, and the property management staff were so accommodating and responsive, you cannot go wrong with this house! All of the amenities made our stay very comfortable. Only back a day, and already missing the evening happy hours by the pool. Looking forward to coming back sometime and this house is our first choice. Recommendation; the property manager arranged for in-home massages for our party, I highly recommend this!

The house is fabulous!!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Cancun for 25 years at a beautiful resort but we decided to try something new. The 9 days at this great house in this quaint community were just glorious!. It was really like being in foreign country rather than a wonderful resort that happens to be in Mexico. We played 5 rounds of golf at the course 5 minutes away. We drove around in a golf cart wherever we had to go (included in the rental fee). The house is just beautiful, furnished and appointed beautifully. Everything in the kitchen is top quality. Having a washer and dryer means that you can really travel light! The town is so wonderfully casual that you only need shorts and tee shirts!...and bathing suits. The pool and backyard are delightful. You can spend all day in the pool relaxing and watching the birds. The next time we come, which we will definitely plan, we will do some area tours and go into Playa del Carmen for dinner. This time was just relaxation and golf!! Mission accomplished!!

Beautiful place!

Fantastic vacation. Loved the house- spacious, clean and quiet. We got a few days of rain, but having a screened-in back porch was really nice as we could read and still use outdoor space. Kitchen was big and stocked, but we didn’t use it much. The town is so cute with lots of food options and the beach at the Omni was great (ordered Sushi there and it was FANTASTIC!). Also a must-go is Paparazzi Pizza. It’s as good as being in Rome! Having use of the golf cart was also very helpful during our stay. Recommend!

We had a great time staying at Casa de Coco. It was clean, well maintained and in a very safe gated resort community. It is perfect for families and can sleep 8 people comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, great chef’s kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor dining/sitting area and pool, making it perfect for large groups that are looking to relax and enjoy. The house had daily maid service and the pool was well maintained. It was in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, a fitness center and nearby attractions. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends and looking forward to returning in the near future!

Amazing vacation, Amazing home

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. From the moment you pull up to the house it feels like paradise. The managers are a lovely couple Roger and Illy. They are very helpful and gave us all of the info we needed for our stay. The location of the house is ideal within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house also comes with a golf cart which was helpful in getting around Puerto. The area is very safe and our teenagers loved the freedom they had to go anywhere within Puerto alone. The house slept our family of 8 very comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 masters each with a king size bed and 2 rooms with single beds that you can easily push together. The beds and linens were new and very comfy. The decor of the house is beautiful with lovely Mexican style touches. One of the best parts of the home is that it opens up in the back to a lovely screened in sitting area that opens up to a beautiful private pool. There is a Weber BBQ that we used several times and the house comes with daily maid service. So nice to not have to clean! We ate at great local restaurants and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer and dryer off the kitchen that came in handy. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Hopefully, you will notice our efforts as our vacation home becomes your vacation home for the duration of your stay. We will work closely with you to make this vacation special and that you will enjoy Casa de Coco as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

In planning Casa de Coco we thought about what was important to us in a vacation home, but also what would be important to others. For multi-generational family groups, the downstairs bedroom is very comfortable indeed. The house has also been laid out so that there are large social areas but also smaller areas where one can go to find a little peace and quiet as well. We also have included the use of our personal golf cart as we love the freedom it gives and our family to move easily and ecologically around beautiful Puerto Aventuras and enjoy everything the community has to offer such as golf, the beaches, the marina, tennis as well as the excellent assortment of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
This is our home away from home and we hope it will be the same for you.
Please note that we are located in a quiet residential street and we ask that you respect the neighbors by ensuring there is no loud music or partying after 11 pm. Most people choose Puerto as it is a very quiet, safe and relaxing destination and most of us tend to rise early, enjoy the sunny days and then have relaxing evenings culminating is wonderfully deep, untroubled rest at night.
