About this property

This beautiful condo is perfectly located between Tulum town and its magnificent white sand beaches. Refresh yourself in its turquoise pool after a great day exploring this amazing region of Mexico. You will feel at home in this cozy beach apartment.

New eco-friendly condo with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Finely furnished and provided with modern households, it has the nicest and biggest pool of all the area at less than 3 meters from your terrace, located on ground floor for an easy access. It will take you 5-10mins drive or 15min by bike (2 included with the condo) to the beautiful and world ranked beaches of Tulum as well as its ruins. There is a cycling lane in order to have a fantastic and enjoyable ride in Tulum’s nature to its beaches. It’s a beautiful place to rest and enjoy everything that the Mexican Caribbean has to offer.

There is one king size bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room, both very confortable for an excellent rest. There is a sleeping couch for 2 persons in the living room. The price is for 4 persons and the extra cost per night per person is 25 USD. Provided with all equipment such as wireless internet, Smart TV with satellite TV and Netflix, iPod Speaker, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender, hair dryer and iron. You will be provided with a kit of organic amenities at your arrival.

Our property manager will be available for any inquiry you may have and we are more than pleased to help you with any other information you may need in order for you to have a pleasant stay.

The pool and its palapa are definitely a great area to enjoy, relax, tan and spend a great time with your family and friends, you will wake up with the beautiful sound of wild birds in the middle of Tulum's jungle but will all the confort as if you were in your own home.

Everybody was there from Rosie to CJ was security the place was clean. They said everything there was for me. No lies good place I recommend everybody I’ll be back and I’ll see you again until then I got people to save and love the make not war

Great location, very large and modern space.

Right between beach and town. Large modern place. Great Wi-Fi. Mellow vibe. Great owners that respond quickly and make sure everything is taken care of. I'll stay again for sure.

Clean and Inviting!

Myself and my friends had a wonderful time at El Paraiso, Prana Condos in Aldea Zama. We arrived very early in the morning and were kindly allowed to check in early by owners Adriana and Jonathan. Rosy the property manager was lovely and helpful and let us rent a third bike from her (2 come with the property). Aldea Zama is a new development in Tulum and it really helps to be able to bike around there. We also biked to the beach and had a fantastic time lounging on the beach and trying out different restaurants. There is also a lovely restaurant in Aldea Zama where we had breakfast a couple of times - Chacabar. The property itself was spotless and modern and had everything anyone could wish for. Adriana and Jonathan provided all the information needed to have a wonderful holiday in Tulum and were always very fast at responding. Highly recommend!
