The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment has a private rooftop that has beautiful stunning views to beach and hinterland which make’s this space very relaxing. The beach is going only a 150mt walk away with patrolled area for swimming either direction within a short walk away. Come and enjoy this beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast.

Relaxing weekend away, close to the beach.

Suited our needs for a short time away, family with two adult children. Only draw back no air con in the bedrooms, was a hot weekend.

Perfect location

The property was lovely and clean and very comfortable. It is in a perfect location, a short walk to the beach and some good cafes. The only things that weren’t great were not the fault of the owner. These were the construction occurring outside which means no sleep ins on a weekday! Or the very low water pressure in the shower. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend the property to anyone who wants to stay at Maroochydore.

Nice for a short stay

The unit is on level 3 with stair access only. There is no A/C in the bedrooms, which I didn't think was necessary. Except that the western sun heats up the bedrooms at the other end from the A/C and thus was about 10°C hotter on a 32°C day. Hence we slept on the couch. I would stay again, in winter though.

Apartment in Maroochydore

We stayed in this apartment (family of 4) for 4 nights as my son was playing football for the 4 days at a carnival. We needed to wash every night (uniforms) and the listing said dryer was an appliance however there was no clothes dryer within this apartment. There was a close horse but it is winter so the clothes did take a day to dry. The 2 single beds are very springy and quite uncomfortable. The apartment on arrival was not as clean as I would expect - dark hair on the floor (Was not our families) and the shower still had dirt within in. The plates were also dirty - clearly had not been washed properly. Location is great and close to the beach. Overall the apartment is decent however the listing should be updated to reflect no clothes dryer.

Good Location. Best for small group

Lovely smallish apartment on the top floor (3rd level no lift). Close to beach. Complex has a small pool. Rooftop area upstairs. Small but well equipment kitchen. Small rooms with inbuilt wardrobes (one with twin singles, one with a double), and ceiling fans. Air conditioning in living area, but not really strong enough to reach bedrooms where it was hot. A hotel and 2 surf clubs walking distance away. No dedicated parking, but some off street parking for the complex was available. This unit would suit a small family group or a couple. Reasonable for the price and location. I would stay there again.

We were very pleased with everything.

The apartment had everything we wanted and needed and we were very pleased with it. We did not have any issues to contact the owner about regarding the apartment. We did have issues about when to leave as flights were being cancelled and there was a great deal,of uncertainty. When we contacted Dylan, we found him always to be very sympathetic. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and we were very pleased with both the balcony and the upstairs terrace. The bed was very comfortable.We would be more than happy to return!

A well appointed apartment and situated conveniently to local shops. Dylan was very helpful too!

The apartment worked very well for the 4 of us. Rooftop and pool are good add-ons that make for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen works well for home meals.
