Wonderful house and close to everything !

Lovely house to stay just behind the lake and close to most ski resorts on the North side of the lake. Nice decor and all amenities that we needed was available. The house is spacious and well kept and ample bedding was available for us 4 families. The backyard was a good size for the kids to play. Thanks Julie for letting us stay at your place will be back next year.

Rental upgrade

Loved our stay. My wife and I have been traveling the country since May. Our last stop before returning home was supposed to be a rental in Kings Beach. Stayed for one night and decided we could not stay any longer, so rented this beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home. Can’t wait to come back in the future.

Lovely Property in Incline Village

We had a great time staying in Incline village. This house had a great location and we were able to take advantage of the beach, bike trails and hiking trails! The house was big and spacious and well stocked. Matt, the owner, was very nice and quick to answer all my questions. I would recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful inside and out for our family weekend getaway.

The home was very spacious, short walking distance from the lake and restaurants. The only thing missing was a blender, but everything else was perfect and clean.

Amazing Tahoe home

I cannot say enough good things about this home and our communication from the property owner. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and bike path. The house is also beautifully furnished and has a great floor plan, it has a nice cabin feel, not too fancy but extremely comfortable. In addition, the home had plenty of bedrooms and beds, which were all comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with just about every utensil you would need. In fact the entire house was well stocked with towels, bedding, blankets, beach towels and as I said dishes, cooking utensils, food basics and spices for cooking. The property owners were very responsive to any of our questions and wanted us to enjoy our stay. Of all of the places I have ever stayed in Tahoe, this property was by far the best. We all want to go back and spend more time there soon!

Wonderful Place

Our family had a lovely stay at this wonderful property. This spacious cabin had a bedroom for everyone, and two living spaces. The location was an easy walk to the lake trail. We would love stay again soon!
