House is for up to 12 people, spread across 3 bedrooms with bunks in all rooms (some double, some single). Warm, cosy, compact yet spacious accommodation situated halfway between the junction & town. 2 great showers & 2 separate toilets. Laundry/Drying room. Real log fire warms house brilliantly, superbly insulated. Large dining table seats 12. Great set up for large groups - house properly set up to cater for 12 persons in the kitchen and dining areas and enough sofas for everyone too! Awesome for the group or family budget. We provide duvets and pillows but you need to bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, pillow cases and towels.

Awesome cozy spot

Great, affordable place to stay with a bigger group, and wasn't even too cramped. Great location, walking distance to town and to the powderhorn. Alison was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the property. Would love to stay here again.

Great place for a big group!

We had a full house and it was a great property for everyone. We cooked breakfast and there were enough utensils and dishes for everyone, the beds were fully equipped and the house had enough seating as well. It's a great area, right in town and only a drive up the mountain to the skifields. Thanks!
