Large home theatre room with access to a fully enclosed bbq room overviewing a beutifully landscaped rear garden and large timber deck and rear entertaining areas. Solid Baltic floorboards throughout. R/C air conditioning to living areas, plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Pot belly stove in family room with wood provided. Double driveway with room for boat/caravan. Linen/towels provided. Its very spacious .if you are looking for the perfect layout all the bedrooms are very privately located off the passageways great for 2 to 3 couples or great for families their are lots of special features and 4 distinctly seperate outdoor living spaces to enjoy your cup of coffee or wine
