Description: 3 independent suites with large balcony, 1 bedroom (all with air conditioning), 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, waterfall pool, whirlpool and shallow end for children, games room with foosball table and official pool, barbecue area with pool view, kitchen (equipped with all utensils including horizontal freezer) and integrated living room - also overlooking the pool, 7 parking spaces. Lots of safety and tranquility for the family. And yet you have all the infrastructure of the condominium: bakery, market, drugstore, ambulatory, ice cream, restaurants, fishing lake, among others.
