Recently renovated 2-bed apartment in popular, secure Urbanizacion Balcon de Lomas in Torrevieja. 30mins drive from Murcia & Alicante Airports with easy access via car or by public transport. The area is 10mins walk (600m) from Torrevieja's longest sandy beach - Playa La Mata and 4km from town centre.

Contains of 2 fully furnished bedrooms, open-plan living room and american-style kitchen, bathroom and lovely balcony. Air conditioning and heating installed. There is a communal swimming pool, all amenities and free car park.

Bedroom 1: king-size bed, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, two sockets and USB charging points, electric ceiling fan, build-in wardrobe with hangers and electric heater. Large windows with sea views.

Bedroom 2: two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, socket and USB charging point, electric ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers and chest of four drawers. Electric heater, iron and ironing board available. Large windows with sea views.

Living room: large four seat corner sofa-bed, coffee table, hat and shoe racks with hangers, TV stand with smart TV in Spanish/English, Netflix, Amazon, Disney, WIFI, electric ceiling fan and a breakfast bar with chairs.

Bathroom: large shower room, hand basin with build in storage cabinet, wc, electric socket and a mirror, hairdryer and essentials inc toilet roll provided.

Kitchen: fully equipped and functional kitchen containing - fridge-freezer, electric oven/hob and extract fan, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as multiple coffee machines, grill and smoothie maker. All necessary utensils and crockery provided. Large window with sea views. Doors leading out to a balcony.

Balcony: large doors with security gate leading to balcony featuring table with four chairs. Balcony overviews the swimming pool and a courtyard, there are spectacular mountain and sea views too!

Pool: facilities are free of charge and open all year round for both kids and adults. Containing adult swimming pool, kids play area, tables, umbrellas and chairs, communal areas and showers. There is a property management maintaining all communal areas, pool and the gardens.

Additional items provided: hairdryer, set of beach and bathroom towels, iron and ironing board, bed sheets and blankets, additional pillows and basic toiletries/cleaning products and equipment, toilet roll and facilities to dry your washing.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.

You will also be reach-ready, with beach towels, coolers, umbrella, chairs, inflatables, snorkelling kit, kids toys and spare hats! :)

Once back from the beach, there are some additional amenities that will help you enjoy your stay and fill some of the spare time. There is a WIFI, smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney and other platforms, portable speaker, books and an assortment of table games.
You will also find there a large number of touristic brochures about Torrevieja and surrounding areas and cities, which will be useful when planning your stay.

Urbanizacion Balcon De Lomas has all necessary amenities on it's doorstep, it is a quiet and secure residential area.
Keys to front and back gate to the urbanizacion as well as the pool access will be given to guests on arrival along with 24hrs emergency contact.

Lovely chilled out family holiday but hire a car if you want to venture out!!!
From the moment we booked, Kasia, the owner was very informative and responsive to all questions we had. The check in process with Jenny was flawless and the apartment was exactly as described on the listing. We are a family of 4 (two children aged 5 & 8) and we found the apartment the perfect size for us and it had everything we needed including air conditioning (think we would have struggled without it) The urbanisation is small and just a few steps to the pool. Great for all ages as there is a small, medium and large pool. Our kids loved it. We always managed to get a table, chairs and a parasol every time we went down. Just outside the complex there is a handful of restaurants which serve great food for very reasonable prices. There is also a 24hr shop which has all of the necessities. It is more expensive than the supermarket but for a 20 second walk I found paying the extra was a good compromise to not walking in the heat. The shop also sells fresh bread and pastries at a low price so perfect for breakfast and lunch. The supermarket is a good 5 minute walk but if you don’t have a car, like we didn’t, then carrying large amounts of shopping can prove quite tricky. There is also a pharmacy within a 5 minute walk which came in handy a couple of times on our trip. The beach is around a 8-10 minute walk but is worth it. We found going around 3:30/4;00 was the perfect time as it does get extremely hot and it stays light until nearly 10pm so perfect for later evening trips. Take the road route as opposed to the alleyway as it’s much easier. There are a handful of restaurants and beach bars too. Vela beach restaurant did a great paella and the kids enjoyed their pizza. We took a bus one evening to the beach further up the coast however didn’t enjoy it as much so wouldn’t recommend it. The only negative I have about the area (if you don’t have a car) is it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a taxi. None of the apps work and every phone number either rings out or you are placed on hold and it never gets answered. We are very much pool and beach people so it didn’t put too much of a downer on our holiday but the 2 nights we tried to venture out, we ended up walking to the beach. I would either recommend hiring a car or be prepared to stay within walking distance for the duration of your stay. I would highly recommend Beniconnect for airport transfers and book both ways before you arrive. Overall a lovely chilled out family holiday.

Relaxing break
Having had a difficult journey, we arrived an the apartment later than expected but the property manager was there to greet us with a smile. We then enjoyed our break, near restaurants and bars and only a short walk to La Mata beach. Thank you for a lovely family time.

Just what we needed. Lovely place!
We were staying over in March for our long anniversary weekend. We were surprised how much was going on in the area, despite the time of the year! The apartment exceeded our expectations - we were on the budget, so we didn’t know I what would we get. It looks like it was recently renovated, definitely new kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and modern and offered all we needed - as we stayed only for two days, it was nice to find basic supplies like tea, toilet roll and soap already there. It was too cold for us to try the pool but it was open, we chosen to go to the beach instead. No issues with communication, check-in or check-out, over responded to questions right away. We will definitely be back in summer when it is a little warmer!
