Enjoy the ambience of this gorgeous beach cottage perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento. Wake up and enjoy breakfast and the paper on the large deck, or take a 2 minute stroll down to the wonderful cafe's in Sorrento village.

There's plenty to entertain you right here with a good size yard big enough for a game of backyard cricket, bocce or finska whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles or a BBQ dinner on the large entertaining deck.

COTTAGE FEATURES:

This charming beach cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area and TV for watching movies and a large indoor spa bath for relaxing and taking time out for yourself, what more could you want!

Also on the same block are the Sorrento Beach Cottages #2 and the Sorrento Beach House, complete with a stunning swimming pool, which are perfect to also rent out for large family groups or special occasions. Please enquire for more information.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

Everything we expected

A cosy little cottage - very comfortable, well appointed and walking distance to the shops and cafes in Sorrento.We really enjoyed our stay there and would return any time - probably for a much longer visit.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location and accommodation for an autumn stay on the peninsula. Access to Sorrento township round the corner. Quiet at night and all facilities for a well supported stay. Property owners checked in on us and were engaging and helpful. And so much to see.

Great mini break

We had 3 nights here with our fur baby and it was just perfect! Great location, just minute from shops and restaurants. House was great, had everything we needed. The deck is fantastic! No fly wire/screen door which made it tricky to keep the bugs out whilst letting fresh air through the house. We will be back for sure!

This was a perfect property for dogs, great yard, perfectly contained by fences. The cottage is well equipped, super comfortable with a wonderful big deck for sitting and eating. I would suggest putting fly wire screens on the bedroom windows and maybe the French doors. Too many insects made it impossible to have windows open at night!

Cozy and near Main Street

We all enjoyed how close and accessible the location is to Main Street. It was cozy. I wish though they would put extra toilet paper for our 2 nights 3 days stay. One roll wasn’t really enough. 😅The 1/3 roll that was left wars used up by the last person before we departed. Also the coffee machine wasn’t emptied out when we arrived and it wasn’t working well.

Handy location

Excellent location with nice large undercover deck, but inside lounge area is quite small for 4 adults sharing. Garden area was overgrown, with dirty outdoor chairs. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The rules were extensive, and while I appreciate their necessity, every rule came with the threat of being billed for breakages, etc., which put a dampener on the experience - maybe mention it once, not on almost every rule. Overall, the cottage was OK, but probably wouldn't rebook.

Great location just around the corner from the main street (cafes, shops, restaurants), very neat and tidy, extremely comfy beds. Some current local tourist info would have been good (there was some old info from 2014)
