My one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped.
A Smart TV is installed with a cable connection and Netflix for entertainment. It has a 2-seater sofa-bed, and WiFi is also available. In the bedroom, a queen-sized bed with a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils dining ware and split type aircon. Guests can take a refreshing shower whenever they want and can choose between hot and cold. It has a coffee maker and a water dispenser for hot and cold.

Pool is nice but they charge you if any family visits. The gym is very small and most of the equipment is broken or functions poorly. The place is very small. The oven works but the stove top does not.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the pool access, as clearly stated in my listing, it is not free for guests staying less than a month. Additionally, pool use by visitors is not included. During your stay, you had 11 visitors at one time, which is beyond what I can reasonably accommodate. I hope you understand that these rules are in place to ensure fairness and proper use of shared amenities. The gym is provided by the condominium, and its size and equipment are based on the original development. I’ve already reported the equipment issues to the building administration, and they are doing their best to maintain it. My apartment is designed for 2–4 guests, which is a standard size for similar rentals. The electric range is new, purchased last November, and I’ve personally tested it to ensure it works properly. As for the air conditioning, it is also new and functions well, though it may take a little time to cool the entire room. I tried to explain this during your stay. I understand the internet connection may occasionally drop, and when it does, I contact the provider immediately usually it’s resolved within 10 minutes. I always aim to provide a comfortable and respectful environment, and I’m here to help resolve any concerns. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the experience for future guests.

Smaller than I expected. Balcony is very small. Had issues with sink in the bathroom not draining, shower head was loose and fell off. Owner was very fast at having it repaired. Owner was good at responding to texts. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.

Yes, the apartment is not large; in fact, it is stated in the description that it is 32 square meters. Regarding the balcony, my apartment does not have one. This is why it is not mentioned in the description, as the area you referred to is not actually a balcony. Thank you for your understanding.

The property has everything that you need.

The property has all the amenities that are needed for an extended stay. It has a stove, frig, Wifi, TV, and also a washer, which was very helpful. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and even brought an iron and ironing board.
