Sunlit home near village green in quiet Spencertown hamlet between Chatham (Columbia County NY) and West Stockbridge (Berkshire County MA). This house is not isolated. It's in a quaint village setting along with other homes near the village green, church, post office, country store, performing arts center, town tennis court. Although these are walkable, a car is necessary. On site parking is shared with a nearby cottage and private garage.
