Second floor apartment in a two-floor building with an elevator. Overlooking the well-maintained courtyard & heated pool and spa. Stroll to a lovely park or take a short ride (bus available) to the theaters and arts of downtown Sarasota. Please note that the minimum stay is 14 days.

Why they chose this property
We are from the Boston area and we were looking long and hard for a beach vacation place with the cultural benefits of home. We were tired of the daily traffic negotiations and we were looking forward to using the car as little as possible. This is a great location for all that and we simply LOVE it!
