You will find nothing that compares to this exquisite 5200+ sq. ft. home overlooking the award winning Pole Creek Golf Course. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home will provide for a relaxing retreat, making you want to return year after year! This three-level home, situated on 2 acres, is perfect for accommodating family gatherings. There is plenty of room to give everyone their own space should they need it.

Our home has 4 Master Suites with private baths, an oversized bunk room, private library and a spacious open kitchen with granite counter tops. The custom dining table seats 8 and the adjoining island bar seats another 6 - all open to the Greatroom, complete with HDTV and natural stone fireplace. The panoramic views of the golf course and western mountains from these rooms will take your breath away!

Downstairs you will find a huge media/game room which includes a full bar, pool table, game table, 70 inch HDTV, state of the art audio/video equipment and reclining sofas. We love having 2 separate family room areas, especially when entertaining a big group. Doors open out to the lower covered patio, where you can walk out to the golf course. In the winter, fun is had by all building snowmen and sledding in the back yard and snow covered golf course.

Our guests always mention their favorite feature, the spectacular balcony off the back of the house. It measures 15 ft. x 60 ft. and provides sweeping views to the south. Each morning you will sip coffee and admire a gorgeous sunrise and then in the evening enjoy grilling and dining to a beautiful sunset. After a long day of skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking you and your friends can unwind in the hot tub. The stargazing can not be put into words. IT JUST DOESN T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!

Magical Mountain Getaway

We had the most amazing time, and are so grateful the host's let us enjoy their home. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos don't do it justice for how beautiful it really is, inside and out. Our large family of 9 adults, 4 kids, and 1 infant very comfortably enjoyed all of the spaces. The kitchen is incredible and ready for hosting large groups. The property owner frequently checked in, made sure our stay was smooth, and was immediately available for any questions and was a great resource for tips regarding the area. The location is absolutely idea, tucked away in a beautiful community, on the golf course with spectacular views from the deck and inside the whole home. We took advantage of being close to Winter Park to ski, the YMCA to cross country ski, and a nice day trip to Grand Lake. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you!

Spectacular!

This property exceeded our expectations! The home is warm and inviting, very spacious, and the amenities are over the top! We had a family of 12 on vacation, and never felt crowded. the basic supplies were well stocked, kitchen was one of the best in terms of layout and essentials needed for preparing meals. I'd gladly recommend this property to anyone-it was money well spent, The deck, even in the winter, is amazing, and the view is incredible-even to the extent you can see some of the ski runs at WinterPark! Our vacation was absolutely great, and this home is so comfortable, we didn't want to leave 😊. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Family Christmas Vacation

The house was beautiful, met all of our needs, and everyone (11) had a great time (plenty of space and privacy for everyone). If we return to Winter Park this place would at the top of our list. Jack & Becky Johnson PS: A Christmas tree was provided by the owners which added to our enjoyment

We purchased this gorgeous mountain home after looking in numerous resort areas and at TOO MANY houses to count! As soon as we walked in the door, we knew we had found the pinnacle! The folks who built this house spared NO cost, paying close attention to detail in every regard. It has every feature and amenity I have always dreamed of having in a mountain home; spacious rooms, open kitchen/great room area, spectacular views of mountains and golf course and outside decks like no others I have ever seen. The master bedroom is situated on the main floor providing convenience when only one couple is visiting (no need to go up and down stairs). In our opinion, it is the perfect floor plan for a small or large gathering. Additionally, the proximity (less than 10 minutes) to skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, boating and biking made Fraser Valley the perfect place for us.
