This luxurious 6-bed, 5.5-bath Fraser vacation rental house can host up to 14 guests with ease throughout 4,341 square feet! This spectacular residence includes countless upgrades, such as a private hot tub, in-floor radiant heated floors on all levels and the garage, remote control blinds, and granite countertops. With a massive interior, immaculate mountain views from the deck, and the free shuttle stop less than 1 block away, this spacious home lets you experience mountain living in style!
Please check all house rules to avoid penalties. Our nightly minimums vary depending on the time of year. They are listed below!

This beautiful home has views of the mountains right out your window. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back. This luxury mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

Main Level:
- 2 Car Garage includes breaker panel, brooms, snow shovel, dustpan, an extra fridge and fire extinguisher #1
- Entryway with space for coats and shoes. Fire extinguisher #2 is located here.
- Bathroom #1 (in entry) half bath with sink and toilet
- Kitchen includes nice size counter/island, stove top with retractable vent, a wine fridge, French door fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave
- Dining Room has table with 10 chairs
- Family Room has fireplace, large sectional couch, sleeper sofa, coffee table & 2 large love sacs!
- Bedroom #1: Master with fireplace, TV, dresser, closet (Pac n play, booster seat and vacuums inside), nightstands and ensuite bathroom. Also has door that leads outside to the beautiful view!
- Bathroom #2: (Within master bedroom) includes double sink, toilet and stand-up shower with bench.
- Outdoor space walkout to deck with hot tub, 2 grills, 4 outdoor lounge chairs and table with 6 chairs
Upper Level: (Fire extinguisher #3 is at the top of the stairs)
- Bedroom #2 (first to the right) includes TV, dresser, nightstands, chair, closet and ensuite bathroom
- Bathroom #3 (within Bedroom #2) includes double sink, toilet and stand-up shower with sitting option
- Bedroom #3 (2nd to the right) includes TV (in entertainment center/dresser), chair, nightstands, closet & ensuite bathroom
- Bathroom #4 (within Bedroom #3) has double sink, toilet & stand-up shower with sitting option
Lower Level:
- Bedroom #4 (Downstairs 1st to the right) has TV, queen bed, twin bed, dresser and nightstands
- Laundry Room has top loading washer, front loading dryer, iron, ironing board and sink
- Bedroom #5 (Downstairs on the left after laundry room) has ensuite bathroom, 2 twin beds, queen bed, TV, dresser, 2 nightstands & closet
- Bathroom #5 (within Bedroom #5) has toilet, double sink and stand-up shower with sitting option
- Bedroom #6 (Downstairs end of hall) has 2 nightstands, TV in entertainment center with drawers, love seat, closet and ensuite bathroom
- Bathroom #6 (within Bedroom #6) has double sinks, toilet and stand-up shower with sitting option

Please note we have a max limit of 14 people. If more guests are found staying in the home, there will be a fee of $500.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

An outstanding place!!
This is an outstanding property with a million dollar view. Great setting and wonderful property. Everything was perfect upon our arrival and we appreciated that. Only minor issues... 1) the garage code was not correct - didn't work. nbd at all. 2) The kitchen drawers had a few bad pulls that spun or fell off (again, nbd). 3) The light bulbs in the main room were all overy cool in temperature (the light color was like old office florescent bulbs). I would suggest warmer color bulbs (this is me being overly critical, only because I'm a professonal photographer and I key into this stuff). Anyway we will definately return - my family truly loved this place! Cheers!

Stayed here with 7 adults and 4 children ages 10-12. It was a great house for everyone. Not walkable but wasn’t expected to be. Very clean and responsive management.

Beautiful Views
My group of 12 (6 couples) really enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious. Views from Living room awesome. There was some initial confusion on the bathrooms, but we were actually pleasantly surprised that there are 5 full baths and only one half bath. One couple had to share, but it wasn't a problem. The half bath is on the main level so for privacy to use the bathroom they had to go upstairs but they managed . It's two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths, one bedroom on main level with it's fullbath and 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full baths if that helps anyone. The hosts were very quick in communicating, we were very comfortable there. We would book there again.
