Stunning Getaway - Panoramic Views. Private/Spacious/4 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms
Your peace and serenity is ensured when you stay in this impressive house situated high in the hills of Coromandel overlooking the Harbour, Islands, vast countryside and Township which is only 4.5kms away.
Lounge room with leather suite, large flat screen television, built in surround sound system inside and out is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Your comfort is also guaranteed with heat pump and ceiling heat transfer system throughout the home. There is also an indoor fireplace but we no longer supply kindling or wood but you are more than welcome to use if you supply your own firewood.
The well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, 5 gas hobs, TV, central island and spacious dining area with spectacular views ensures cooking will not be a chore!
This very spacious home has 2 bedrooms at each end ensuring privacy. 3 have ranch sliders opening onto the massive deck that sweeps around the house. The master bedroom is complimented with TV, an ensuite that has a twin vanity and an enormous double ended shower, and head drencher. The large walk in wardrobe is also ideal for the available portable cot to keep young ones close by.
Deck and lawn areas are extensive. There is a double garage for your use if you wish and plenty of boat parking right at your door for the fishing enthusiasts. A fish filleting table is also available. There is a spare fridge in the garage should you need but please clean prior to your departure if you use.
We welcome your pets but not on our furniture, so please be considerate for the next guests and clean up after them.

There is no internet at this house - there is Chromecast for your mobile data.
The driveway is long and gradient. It is metal but cars generally have no trouble getting up it. If you are towing a sizeable boat we would recommend a 4 wheel drive.
We are on tank water. In the dry months please conserve water where you can. No washing of cars and boats.
We are on septic tank. Only toilet paper to be flushed. No wipes or sanitary items
Please be aware the perimeter of the property has electric fencing that is sometimes turned on. In the event there is stock on the farm can you please leave the gate down the bottom shut once you are in for the night or away for the day. If you are in and out during the day it can be left often.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure oven, gas hob, heat pump and any other electrical appliance used is turned off. All doors and windows to be locked. Front door key is to be completely turned around twice to engage lock.
Please do your dishes. Rubbish/recycling to be in the garage as per details on information sheet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
