Returning home to the Spinnaker, the front balcony offers relaxing views towards the river and is a wonderful place to enjoy down time with good company, a glass of local wine while watching the yachts bob along the river in the back ground.

The upper level has a spacious open plan living and dining area with multiple windows creating an abundance of natural light and brings the outdoors in.

The kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave has all you need for your stay.

The lower level has a living area, also with T.V and DVD, three good sized bedrooms, main bathroom with bath, separate vanity, shower and toilet.

Separate laundry with washing machine.

On the outside you’ll find a fully fenced yard, which is a great area for the children to play; and for the keen golfer you’ll be able to practice your putting skills with a putting green.

Goolwa is very much a desired holiday destination for families and friends to catch up and enjoy the local beaches and tourist attractions. Spinnaker is just minutes to the beach, all shopping amenities, waterfront cafes, restaurants, golf courses, markets, bike trails and the local townships of Middleton and Port Elliot.
