About this property

Private en-suite with a feel being in a mini resort. <br>Minimum stay 3 nights.

Private upstairs en-suite viewing the sea with two balconies, one having the sea view to Rangitoto and the other balcony turning in to the pool and tropical landscape garden. Queen bed, mini lounge, office, deck, separate toilet and bathroom with Spa. You also have your own Fridge/freezer/coffee maker and TV/Netflix/light-box and free internet in the room.

There is a queen bed and a single bed in the room

The en-suit is private, but shared kitchen downstairs as well dining a lounge with a fireplace, table tennis and heaps of outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and bbq to use anytime.

The other three rooms in the house is rented out to two matured guys and a couple at the moment.

​The house is about 400 sqm, so heaps of space and many smaller decks and outdoor areas for relaxing, swimming, BBQ.

All modern and perfect location close to the water, 2 min walk to Rothersay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. 10 min drive to Albany mall & Stadium and 20 min to Auckland City.

House is close to public transport, schools, shopping, beaches, bush walks, cafe, bars and restaurants, sport activities like tennis , golf and Auckland city. A nice feel that you are in a holiday town.

Heaps of shopping in Browns Bay village 200 meter away. The mall in Albany 4 kilometer away with all the shops you can think of as well of Albany Stadium, indoor tennis courts etc.

20 min in car or 30 min in to Sky Tower and the Viaduct waterfront.

Many awesome vineyards close by where there also serving nice lunches.
The West Coast is max 35 min drive to the black sanded beach, great bird life and for surfing.
Lots of exiting bush walks and many golf courses nearby.

I have lived in New Zealand 19 years where my kids also grow up most of the time. Now the both live back in Denmark, so I often go back home and visit them as much as I can.
At the same time I'm running a Home Staging and Cleaning business in New Zealand and love the outdoor life and my tennis here.
As I live in a nice big house, but not often home myself, I therefor like to share it as a Holiday Home where my two "flatmates", who live down the other end of the house, are happy to look after the house and both very friendly and helpful guys.

This property remind you about being in a mini resort and great location, close to the beach and Browns Bay Village. Same time only 15 kilometer in to Auckland City, so just easy and close to everything. Same time absolutely beautiful location.
