Renovation Updates
The resort exterior at the Evergreen building is undergoing renovation work from Apr. 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Work will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Please note that the StreamSide Pool will be closed for refurbishment from May 4 to May 22, 2026. During this time, all other resort hot tubs are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

Marriott`s Streamside Birch and Douglas buildings rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.
