Start your day by simply crossing the street to get to chair 5 and 6, or hop

on the shuttle for a quick ride to ski school at the Timber Creek Learning

Center. This two bedroom two bath condo with loft has a king bed in the master

(downstairs), queen in the upstairs bedroom, and two sets of twin over full

bunk beds in loft. There is also a window seat the size of twin size bed

suitable for a small child. Other amenities in this great condo include a full

kitchen, one underground parking spot & WIFI.

Super convenient access to Kirkwood

My family and I were so pleased with the location of this condo. We loved waking up and getting to walk to the chair lifts -- amazing! The beds were comfy and the condo was well-equipped. We ran into a bit of an issue with someone parked in the parking spot and the elevators not working (a schlep with all of our gear up to the 3rd floor), but the manager gave us a bit of a later check-out which we appreciated. Managers were very friendly and responsive.

Toenails and falling metal

Although the property itself is great, there were toenail clippings on the floor of the master bedroom. The thermostat and dish washer were broken. And last but certainly not least, a large metal decoration on the wall fell off and almost hit my infant son.

The Kirkwood Ski area condos and other facilities were essentially deserted. It was an eerie feeling to be there almost alone.

Kirkwood never disappoints

The location cannot be beat whether in winter or summer. Summer is hot as their is no air conditioning. There was not a single condiment or spice in the condo, so we didn’t even have simple things like salt and pepper. Would have been helpful to know before hand. The TV’s didn’t work properly, and it was difficult to get extra garbage bags and towels, but overall we had a fabulous stay!

Cozy quiet stay

Enjoyed our time, kids got to sled down the ski slope, since it's off season and Kirkwood just got a foot of snow. The kitchen had ample cookware and the condo was clean. Very efficient layout, made good use of the space to accommodate many people. Stairs are steep, but we knew that going into it. Had toddlers, and they didn't fall down them! The windows were the scariest, since they open to a 30 foot drop so we just opened the ones the kids couldn't really get to, to cool down the condo at night. Other than that we had a great time!

Great place for skiing at Kirkwood

As a skier looking for ski-in/out capabilities you could not ask for more. Its a quick <5m walk from the condo to the Cornice lift.

Nice, clean and plenty of Space for the family.

We enjoyed the property, it was an easy, quick check in process. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Only issue we had was the stairs, too steep for some us but we managed. All in all great place! Would definitely stay again especially in the winter.

COVID 19 impacted the amenities and responsiveness of hospitality staff

The surroundings are beautiful and we had quick access to super day hikes, boating, swimming and biking. The place was very clean and comfortable for eating and hanging out for our group of 7. It was very warm in the loft but we figured out how to strategically open windows and use the fan to make it more bearable for the kids sleeping in the bunk beds. The down sides were not enough towels (we made a reservation for 7 and they gave us 4 towels and one dish towel)and we had to make up the top bunk beds ourselves. The dishwasher does not function properly - top rack off track and leaking. There was no one to answer the phone at the front desk so we had to leave multiple messages or be very persistent knocking on the lodge door to get help when our entry code didn’t work or get answers to other questions. No fault of the rental provider- the Kirkwood services did not match published (online and in brochures given upon check in) hours or amenities offered in summer. Also there were some loud partying in and around the building 3 of the 4 nights we stayed.

Quick but easy stay

The communication regarding our stay was really great. Someone checked in with us a couple times before the stay to see if we had questions. The space was just as advertised, kitchen was very good. Easy process to check out.
