This three bedroom, two bathroom single level house is the perfect retreat for couples, small groups or families and anyone who loves interiors is going to relish in their time spent here.

Walking into the hallway you are taken into a house that flows beautifully. Polished concrete floors in speckled black quartz sparkle on arrival, keeping the property cool in summer and warm in winter.

The house is split into three distinct areas with two bedroom and bathroom wings either side of a central living space.

Bedrooms

Entering the master bedroom with its King Bed, fitted robes, 32” flatscreen Smart TV and private ensuite with shower and bathtub is like entering your own mini resort room. Beautifully decorated with just a hint of gold for glamour, the bedlinen will make anyone feel special. Perfect if you are out to impress!

The second bedroom wing has two further bedrooms again with fitted robes. The first is a large queen bedroom with aspect out to the garden also has a 32" Smart TV, the second is a Tri-Bunk (double on bottom, single on top) with a foldout bed for extra guests. These two bedrooms share a large second bathroom with integrated laundry facilities with direct access to the rear gardens.

The ensuite to master features a tub, shower with niche, caesar stone floating vanity and WC.

Living Room

The central lounge is focused around a gas log fire over which hangs a 65” flatscreen smart TV. Beautifully appointed furniture and allow space to relax and dine. The sliding doors to a central courtyard means that you can bring the outside in and the inside out and extend your living space in those warmer months.

The kitchen is brand new and includes stainless steel Smeg appliances, Caesar stone waterfall kitchen bench to seat 6, including a fridge-freezer with water cooler and ice maker. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine for the addicts among us.

There is an additional dining table here allowing for greater gatherings with seating for 8, in a very central location. Perfect for groups and families.

There is space for 4 cars to park comfortably in the driveway and boat/trailer parking also.

Garden: the garden is native with white gravel driveway and has secure fencing. The kids imagination will be sparked once they find the beautiful rustic red door, hidden towards the back of the garden, down a curving path. The garden also features an outdoor hot/cold shower - great for washing away the sand and salt after a days fun at the beach.
