• DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

Yes. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then send us a request and we will respond to your quote as soon as possible

• HOW WILL WE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT?

To organise your smooth check in, please send us your flight details / flight number or ferry name, port of departure and exact arrival time. Then we'll calculate and suggest a time for your check in. Check-in can be arranged anytime from 14.00pm onward. On the day you arrive, we will be waiting for you at the villa. We will make sure you're in comfortably, give you keys, help you with orientation and answer any other questions.


• CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?

We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and its not back to back reservation. But we'll note your request, and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out and we will keep the safe. Extra small charge for late check out applies divided your daily rate with 24 (hours) to calculate the amount for every extra hour you stay.

• CAN YOU ORGANISE AIRPORT or PORT PICK-UP?

We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi would be difficult to find especially in high season. Uber or similar apps doesn't exists in Naxos and Cyclades in general.
We can anyway organise a transfer for you - a 1-way/1-time transfer costs 20 EUR ( total price, not per person) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 4 passengers. Then we organise the taxi driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport. He'll be holding a sign with your name on.

• ARE THE VILLAS IN A GOOD LOCATION NEAR RESTAURANTS, CAFES AND THE BEACH?

Yes, it's in one of Plaka best neighbourhoods, just 250 meters ( 3 minute walking ) from the beach in a quite road without noise and traffic. So we have a fantastic location – safe and peaceful, yet within easy reach of everything. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and activities also within walking distance. • ARE THE VILLAS CHILD FRIENDLY & SAFE?

Absolutely, yes. We have many guests who are families with children, and they love the stay with us. Kids room are Kids favorite! We provide also beach toys and more for our lovely child guests!

• WE WANT TO COOK AT THE VILLA. IS THE KITCHEN ANY GOOD, AND WHERE ARE LOCAL SUPERMARKETS?

The kitchen is fully equipped. Family-sized fridge/freezer, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, cook's knives, and all utensils. Appliances as: Coffee makers, blenders, toasters, kettles etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, homemade jam, local Naxian fresh butter, extra virgin olive oil and bottles of mineral water are complimentary. There are many mini markets around but we strongly suggest you to do your first shopping and stock up the villa from the main supermarket in Naxos town after your check in.


• ARE THE VILLAS ACTUALLY LIKE IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES AND EXACT ONE I GET? ?

Yes! Many of our guests say it's better than the pictures, and have written so in their reviews. We're sure you won't be disappointed. It's a beautiful and relaxing space, stylishly decorated and well equipped with everything you could need, and yes we rent the specific property you see in full detail on HomeAway We believe that this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with your accommodations.

• ARE THE VILLAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED?

100% yes! We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings so far. We try every year to maintain and upgrade things even to the newly villas.

• ARE THE VILLAS NON-SMOKING?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. We have plenty of space and many balconies around.

• WILL I HAVE INTERNET ACCESS ?

All of our villas are equipped with Wireless high-speed internet and Smart Tv. The speed connection is perfect to stream Netflix, watching YouTube, browsing, Video calls, e-meetings etc. You won't be disappointed. Speaking with numbers is around 13Mbps connection. The highest you can get on Naxos.

• ARE MOSQUITOES A PROBLEM AT YOUR VILLAS?

Our bedrooms and living room are sealed with mosquito fences so you won't get bitten. Mosquitos are active before and after sunset. This happens everywhere in Naxos but not every day. If its windy, they disappear.

• DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS?

Yes. Each bathroom comes with hair shampoo, body bath, soap, cotton wool, ear buds, shower cap, bath towels, hand towels and beach/pool towels. Also in one of the bathrooms you'll find a hair dryer.


• IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IN THE PROPERTIES?

All of our villas have Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system to make sure you've always the temperature you want to.
