Stunning Rooftop Terrace in the True Heart of Rome!

We are passionate hosts inspired by the moka (the Italian coffeepot). mok’house is how we called our building (owned) when we decided to turn each apartment (one per floor) into charming hospitality solutions: Moka Classic, Moka Pop, and Moka Top may host together up to 23 guests.

This is the ideal location for large families and groups who will be hosted in a unique location in the true heart of Rome: 3 apartments fully equipped and a stunning terrace that will give you a unique belvedere over the rooftops of ancient Rome.

1st floor - Moka Classic: 1 double bedroom en suite with queen size bed, 1 double bedroom with twin beds which can be set up as king size, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with queen size sofa bed where we can add a single bed in case of 7 guests) and a fully equipped kitchen.

2nd floor - Moka POP: 3 double bedrooms (all en suite: 2 with queen size beds, 1 with twin beds which may be set up as king size), 3 full bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room (with queen size sofa bed) with open space kitchen fully equipped.

4th floor - Moka TOP: 3 double bedrooms (all en suite: 2 with queen size beds, 1 with twin beds which may be set up as king size), 3 full bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room (with queen size sofa bed) with open space kitchen fully equipped. Also, the Moka TOP apt. has balconies in each room as well as in the living room.

For architectural reasons our building is without a lift, but the steps are small and we will be happy to help you with your luggage upon arrival.

Please note that the rates listed are all inclusive (Wi-Fi, utilities, linen, towels, final cleaning, etc.) with the only exception of the city tax (3,50Euro per person per night, children up to 9 years are excluded from payment) and in case of late/holiday check-in (+50,00Euro).
The arrival time must be informed at least 48hours before arrival.
