This 3rd floor unit has incredible unobstructed views of the gulf---- direct views from living area and both bedrooms. Our condo boasts a full length, gulf front screened lanai with sliding doors extending from the living room to both bedrooms.
This condo has an updated kitchen with all conveniences of home. The master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub. The unit is freshly painted with new carpeting. Tasteful decor throughout. Flat screen LCD TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. High speed internet, air conditioned, handicapped access. In unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Open the sliders, or sit on the terrace and listed to the waves hit the beach and watch the dolphins swim by with sailboats in the distance. This is beach living at its best!
Located in a well maintained condo complex, amenities include a beautiful private beach, heated pool, tennis court, assigned parking and club house. Community boat dock and canoe dock is available. Minutes to St. Armand s and Sarasota. One-half mile to Publix/CVS Shopping Plaza. 10 mile bike path on Gulf of Mexico Drive.

Dreamy Vacation Digs

Our stay in Tania’s condo was incredible— we were there for a month and we hated to leave. The condo is wonderful — roomy, comfortable, beautifully appointed, a very well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, quality linens. The view of the gulf from the balcony is breathtaking with the beach right there to enjoy. The pool is large and heated — very fun ! Communication with hostess was great and we had a perfect month. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

The condo is very comfortable and right on the beach. The owner provided top quality cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. Publix is only half mile away.

Great property right on the beach. Roomy condo that’s decorated nicely. Good closet space and great to have washer and dryer. Only drawback is the film on patio doors for hurricane protection. Blurs the view slightly. Otherwise a perfect condo in a great location. Definitely would recommend. Plus Tania was extremely helpful.
