If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The property was excellent for our needs. It was disapointing to not be able to access the property until 4pm, especially as checkout was still 10am. Apart from that is was a great stay.

Lovely house, great position, would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the size of the fridge, too small for an adult group of 8 people, probably ok for a normal size family.

The property that was advertised was spot on.
Just be mindful the hot water system did not take 7 hot showers- evening- and or morning- that’s the only thing we need to tell you. A few of us ended up with cold showers- each time- however overall- a beautiful place and location.

We get that beach houses are rustic and casual However this house is not being looked after by either the owners or managers. Although the House has 4 bed room was not appropriate for 6 adults. Single beds only good for kids. Can’t move together to make a king. On arrival the down stairs rooms smelt of mold and stagnated water. The downstairs toilet door didn’t close and the light didn’t work. Front door lock didn’t work which meant deadlock had be used if you need to lock.
Upstairs was hot when we arrived and air conditioner only blew into the one bedroom and kitchen. No ceiling fans however Pedestal fans where provided which helped.
One of the blinds was broken and the cleaners didn’t fix before they finished. Kitchen was clean and was well appointed although it seemed that old appliance had been collected over the years that didn’t watch. Old electric stove and well used saucepans and frypans.
Bathroom upstairs was fine and owner provided shampoo ,body wash and hand Wash. A nice touch.
The cleaners left a welcome gift of chocolates which was a nice touch however would have preferred a pantry with some basics instead.
Location was good and the views from TV room where great. Outside lounge area not appealing with a plastic sheet on the table. We didn’t get to spend much time in the house as we had friends in a water front where we dined and spent most of the time. Price we thought was reasonable when we booked however after seeing the house was in-line with the price. If you have young kids and you want a place close to the water this is fine. If you want to have a dinner event for 6 adults look at something else.

The team at Holiday Rental Specialists believe that the owners of the property have done a great job with presenting this property to capture the stunning location that the property is located in. The property is listed with all of the correct attributes - including the bedding configuration that is available. The single beds are of a standard dimension - the style of the bed can be viewed in the images of the bedrooms.
Thank you for bringing these maintenance items to our attention, your feedback has been appreciated where this has provided us the opportunity to have these issues fixed by the handyman after your departure.
The dry condiment items that are in the pantry are left by previous guests, as well as from the generosity of the owner themselves. The pantry is well stocked with items such as tea, coffee, sugar, oils, sauces, salt, pepper, herbs and other little extras. Our property manager completes regular inspections to ensure that the property is guest ready.
The kitchen utensils are regularly check to ensure that they are not only clean, rather to ensure they are also in proper working order.
The outdoor furniture has been replaced recently where we believe this is a great area for relaxing and rewinding whilst taking in the stunning views.
The team at Holiday Rental Specialists appreciate the feedback as we are always looking for opportunities to improve the experience for future guests.

Lovely location
House was clean, just a 2 minute walk to the Bay and beach. My only complaint was that there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so it was quite hot, although there were pedestal fans which I'm not a fan of. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked.

We also ensure it is fastidiously cleaned for every guest.
The property is in a fantastic location - offering a short stroll to the bay and the beach.
We understand that you stayed at Sealark during the heat wave - it is a shame you experienced discomfort.
However, generally, Sealark is kept very cool with the lovely sea breeze, upstairs air-con and the pedestal fans.
The South Coast also cools down of a night time through most of the year so there has never been a need for ceiling fans.
The owner has taken on board your feedback and will consider installing fans should we find it a recurring issue.
We are confident you will enjoy a cooler stay next time you're there and hope to welcome you back in future!

The house far exceeded my expectations, the location was , the house was very large and extremely well presented and maintained. I loved everything about this property and location. Cosy property
Highly recommended. Comfy house with everything you needed. We love all the decorations in the house, can see the owner spent lots of time on it. My 2 kids enjoyed staying in the house too, there a lots of board games, and they can play table tennis and piano.
