The home sleeps 17 all bedrooms have brand new flat screens, 5.5 baths all marble With over 5000 feet of living space the home lends itself to large groups ,family reunions, and corporate retreats. The property has an elevator. The home in Upper Key Largo is 45 minutes from Miami Airport. Right off the backyard sits John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park . It includes approximately 70 nautical square miles (240 km²) of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. It was the first underwater park in the United States. The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs (such as Molasses Reef) and their associated marine life which is located right off the backyard of Southern Diversion.

Everything was as expected. The elevator was greatly appreciated by the seniors on the trip. And everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was large and well organized. The one issue was the ovens. Their heating and temperatures were quite inconsistent. Other than that the home was clean and roomy. It was also in a fantastic location with breathtaking sunrises. Key Largo Paradise

A stunning location and fantastic views. Great time had a the Buzzards Roost down the road. The house was spaceous, comfortable and perfect for our requirements (7 adults and 2 kids). There were only 4 loungers when we arrived, but as soon as we contacted John he dealt with it straight away.

Beautiful home in a spectacular location. We were a group of 9 adults - 3 generations. While staying, we were entertained by the iguanas while poolside. From the balcony we saw dolphins, why kayaking a sea turtle. Alas, we did not see manatee. The kayaks were well used by the youngest generation. It was so convenient renting them through the host - and they were in place upon our arrival. The elevator was well used by two 80-year-olds in our party. The bedrooms all had fantastic views of the ocean. The kitchen had every appliance you could dream of owning. However, a few plastic glasses would have been great, especially for use pool side. The pool was in constant use by us. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby if you don't feel like cooking yourself. We did have a problem with a refrigerator, but a call to the host was quickly responded to. So, all in all, we loved our stay of seven nights, and many wonderful memories were made.

Great Trip!

The house is uniquely placed in a business area which was odd at first glance for us, but the location grew on us during the week. Everyone loved the giant iguana’s that live on the property in the wild, they were daily entertainment. We also saw a family of Manatee right behind the house maybe 20 yards off shore. The house has great views from every room and is close to any amenities you need, including 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Short but sweet.

Excellent from the time you walk into the house until the time to check out. Pictures do not so it justice. The house is beautiful and the views of the water are spectacular! Our family had such a great time. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend it.

Amazing House with Spectacular Views

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous. The water views from every room can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for 14 of us, though I wished it would have had one more adult bedroom. There are bunk beds in what is the closet of one of the bedrooms that was odd. But we made it work. Though it’s on a busy street, it’s at the end and felt very quiet and private. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large kitchen the most. It was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Family spring break

The property is spacious and comfortable. The street has a number of commercial enterprises but we enjoyed being an easy walk from two good restaurants and the property itself is very private. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, many birds soaring across our expansive ocean view and the family of iguanas that made a daily showing in the large sand play area with hammock. We were a three generation group of eleven and we all had a great time, lots of it spent in and around the pool The refrigerator lost its steam on our last day and Joe, the property manager, had repair people right there to take care of it. It was a lovely, carefree vacation.

Big Yellow House - Location Location

Overall the house was great to gather a large group. The bedding is not quite how we thought. Was not a deal breaker for my family. There are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk room (4beds) and the master has 1 king bed with a trundle bed plus the closet is used a bunk room (2 beds). It’s best for families or 4 couples due to the bed configuration. Location is great. There is bit of activity at the north end of the property since there is a small public beach. It was never annoying. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Joe the property manager was very helpful and attentive as needed.

Multiple small problems detracted from a lovely stay

One person had to spend the first full day waiting for two different repairmen. The main refrigerator needed a part and many carryouts were spoiled. Our large group had to use a small refrigerator located on a level different from the kitchen. Several slats in one of the top bunkbeds were broken making it unusable. Several of the patio chairs had broken slats. Our group is made upon slender people and the slats were all broken when we arrived.

Just perfect

We rented the house for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We had our extended family all come down. The house could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was beautiful. They had spices and seasoning to help with cooking. They also had a coffee maker and filters. The bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family very well. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. There are two sets of washers and dryer’s. Although we didn’t use the one that’s outside. They even included some detergent. The grill worked and was perfect for what we needed. When the weather warmed up a little bit, we were able to really enjoy the pool which was really nice. The house was very clean. The bathrooms and showers were great. I could not have asked for more. We had a little bit of an issue with the dishwasher and Joe the property manager was very responsive and had a repairman out there the next day, even though it was a holiday week. He was very easy to work with and talk to you. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for allowing us to rent your house.

50th Wedding Anniversary

A great site overall. The pool and the Tiki Hut are an added plus. The outside of the house is really impressive, and the inside views are beautiful. The screened in area off the kitchen was a favorite place to sit and relax. We had 16 people and the only issues were one of the bunk rooms is small with no outlets that we could find, windows that we could open, or a cooling vent. We also had an issue with the microwave that Joe, the property manager, took care of quickly. Thanks Joe! The built in ice maker in the island did not work either. We had a great time, and the family really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Great for our family!

There were so many fantastic things about this house- the views are spectacular! The common living space was large enough for our 10 adults & all of the grandchildren! The pool area with tiki hut was great for those that wanted sun or shade. The elevator really came in handy for my daughter-in-law with a broken leg. We’ve rented many homes & this one was the best equipped with pantry items, paper goods & kids toys. The bedroom situation worked out for the most part, but it is really a 5 bedroom house, with bunks inside one of the King bedrooms. It was good for 1 family with small children, but wouldn’t have worked if our party would have been all adults. The other bunk room’s closets were blocked & the bathroom across from it had only a tub- no shower. All minor details for an otherwise good experience! The property manager was extremely accommodating & was always available!

The property is very comfortable for large groups ~ we had 8 and more than enough room to hang out together! The views from the house are really lovely including sunrise! The house is located on a canal with some boat traffic. The passing boats were a peaceful sight and fun to watch each morning over a cup of coffee. The property is quiet and peaceful and provides a beautiful view while enjoying the pool (which was very clean!) at the same time. There are two restaurant/bars within walking distance which was perfect for our group! We had an issue with an appliance but Joe, the property manager, was great ~ very responsive and resolved the matter for us pretty quickly!

Amazing Home for group

This home was beautiful, and our expectations were completely met. There was plenty of space for our group of 9. The home was absolutely luxurious. We did have 3 singles, and the bunk beds were a bit small, but would have been better suited for children. But overall, we are very satisfied with the house. Great views all around the home, and we were able to point out the house as we left towards the reefs on our dives. The pool was very nice and the yard was great to chill. Communication was great, and we totally enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely stay there again! Sorry for the late review. We did stay at the end of October, 2021.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, nice cooking area and dining area large enough for our party of 15. Two of the young adults had to sleep on the pullout couches in the main living area. The only thing missing was oven mitts and dish towels, we had to improvise since we cooked almost all of our meals. The pool area was wonderful. Kayaks and SUP’s were great. Restaurants within walking distance for local seafood and drinks was a nice change. The elevator was beneficial for our elderly mom. The views from the bedrooms and living rooms were spectacular. We highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful family gathering

Was everything we expected. Very cooperative in getting the kayaks paddle boards and equipment. Area was a surprise but truly the key’s. There were fishing snorkeling charters going out etc yet was really quiet and peaceful. Being in the location it is had a lot of boat traffic which was great. Would lease it again.
