This estate is in the most ideal location from many point of view. it is an island like surrounding and environment and yet very close to Athens airport( only 25 minutes), to Athens center only 45 minutes away, also it is only 3 km from the beaches and marina and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, providing an exceptionally quiet and peaceful resort. Only 10 minutes from the famous CAPE SUNION with the archaeological site of the temple of POSEIDON and the most beautiful and relaxing sunsets in the Mediterranean sea.

The privacy the peaceful quiet the secure and child-friendly environment of football field size fully fenced and gated estate makes it absolutely unique for family groups up to 64 guests or 94 guest using sofa beds. It is one of the biggest villa estates available for rental in Europe. Our estate is like being on any island but offers a lot more since we are only
45 minutes from Athens center with all the exiting sites fun entertainment possibilities. Also very importantly we are only 25 minutes from Athens airport with a lot more travel possibilities than any island or other destinations in Greece. Our near by beeches in Anavissos, Cape Sunion and Marinas are the favorite locations for local tourism .
