Atlantic Views from Sandy Shore, Sandy Shore

This lovely up side down house with the living, kitchen and dining rooms on the top floor and the bedrooms below. Sandy Shore looks east at the Atlantic Ocean. Great views of sunrise, with coffee on the deck or in the screen room. The skies light up at sunset as well.  The stars in our area are highly visible. Very little backlight from cities.  The home has a open floor plan for the main living and dining space and a gas fireplace in the living room.  We offer smart TVs and streaming. Eat at bar in the kitchen and dining tables too. The bedrooms are on the lower level.  Private Pool in back yard.  4 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping room.  The home is raised, so there are 3 levels.  The ability to climb stairs is needed to enter and access the entire home.  This is a private home and therefore is a private rental.  There are no shared facilities.  I am glad to assist with any questions regarding stay at our seaside home, Sandy Shore.  Great views and easy access to the quiet part of the beach from right across the street.  A car is recommended but once you are on the Outer Banks, you can ride bikes .  The beach is across the street.  There is an easy  Beach Access path approximately 200 feet from the house and it is about 300 feet long which puts you on the beach.
We care for our home and expect you will too! 
All Linens for 8 are included; a set of sheets for each bed.
8 sets of;  1 bath towel/ 1 hand towel/ 1 face cloth and 1 beach / pool towel.  
We expect your assistance.  Please wash and dry, pool / beach towels, along with kitchen towels, the night before departure.

We provide some beach chairs and a beach blanket please shake out, hang dry and fold after use.
