Serene garden view from this comfortable 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished condo. King bed in master and twin beds in guest bedroom. Both bedrooms and living room have TV's. Queen sleeper sofa in living room to accommodate extra guests. Ceramic tile in kitchen, dining and living room areas. Carpet in bedrooms. Upgraded kitchen and bath. New lounge furniture and full size washer/dryer in condo. Premium cable and telephone with free long distance calls throughout America.

Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

This condo provides complimentary bikes (2), 6 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Boogie Boards, floats and a portable BBQ grill.

Large 2-Bedroom Condo with a Great Location

Absolutely amazing!

Gorgeous home with inviting and welcome decor! Pool and view are beyond belief. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning to make more memories!

We had everything we can possibly need.Kids loved it very much only one thing that I did not expect and that is the transaction fee but it was alright because other properties charge more as management fee.Thank you very much Tim and Terrie for all your hard work to keep the place very much affordable in comparison with others.

Our Condo had all of the conveniences of home set across the street from the beautiful beaches of Bradenton Beach. I even felt like you read my mind, having a Italian espresso pot in the cabinet when I forgot the one I meant to bring! Everything with the arrangements worked like a well oiled machine but be sure you read the instructions. I missed that I needed to pick up the keys from your after-hours cabinets, so I panicked a bit when we arrived on the rainy Saturday. A quick reread and all was well. Check-in would have been just fine if I wasn’t the Weakest Link! One small repair was needed and it was handled quickly even though it was Christmas week. Overall, a great place to stay for our visit.

Great location

The pictures make the room so much brighter than the condo really is. But the place really grew on us. Good location. Disappointed about 2 items. The pool was closed for a day. It was not disclosed to us At the time we made the reservation. It was important to us to have the pool. That was upsetting. Our last full day of our stay, there was maintenance on the property that required us to stay away until 7pm. We had a flight out that day at 4:30. We paid for the day so we could enjoy the day. As a result, Wagner Realty had to give us another condo. Though this was helpful, at 8am we had to pack up everything including the refrigerator items and groceries and move to another unit. This was a major inconvenience and took our leisurely last day away from us.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Not only was the Condo we stayed in well equipped with all the necessary items there were the extras also. When we decided 7 days just was not long enough the management company quickly changed the reservation for several more nights. Thank you for the fantastic vacation.

Nice stay

The unit had baby stuff in the closet, which was a nice surprise. There was also chairs, beach towels, umbrellas everything you could need for a nice beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
