Welcome to The Bower on Berrara Road, located in the picturesque town of Berrara. This charming holiday rental is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms and one bathroom, it can accommodate up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- No Garage Access

Inside:
As you enter The Bower, you step into a cozy lounge room that sets the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere. Continuing forward through the lounge room, you'll find a rumpus room with a TV and chairs, along with a bedroom featuring bunk beds.

To the right of the lounge room, you'll ascend into the dining area, which boasts a delightful fireplace and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. This setup allows for easy interaction and socialising while preparing meals or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire. From this area, you can access the other two bedrooms, the laundry, and the bathroom.

Outside
Through the laundry area, you'll have access to the outdoor space, where you'll find a dining table and a small, grassed area with a clothesline. It's the perfect spot for enjoying meals alfresco or simply relaxing amidst nature. In the front yard, you'll discover a balcony featuring outdoor furniture, including a table and a barbecue area, creating an inviting space for outdoor gatherings.

It's important to note that guests are kindly requested not to drive down the gravel driveway. Instead, please utilize the grassed area at the property for parking convenience.

Location:
One of the major highlights of The Bower is its excellent location. Just a short 400-meter walk will lead you to Kirby's Beach, allowing you to soak up the sun, swim, or take leisurely strolls along the shoreline. For those who appreciate natural beauty, a relaxed 800-meter stroll will take you to Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach, where you can enjoy the serene coastal surroundings.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great place at Berrara

Really good place and access to beaches and mountain bike tracks. Good value too. Rooms were good sizes and place had all the the basics. There is poor internet and tv reception (some channel missing) which made things challenging especially with kids.

A comfy house in the centre of the village

We stayed at the Bower for a week over Easter 2021, a family of five, and it was a lovely sunny week of perfect weather. What a nice spot with calm beaches, dunes and inlets and shells and fossils everywhere. The house is comfy and spacious, kind of eccentric with the original kitchen and bathroom, but perfectly functional with a good range of appliances, and strange feature bannisters here and there. New additions include a characterful pot billy stove that it wasn't cold enough to light, and some tasteful antiques. The kids got stuck into the selection of games and books and dvds. The garden has a really amazing variety of plants with a nice secluded table to sit out the back, little paths, orange and lemon trees and lots of interesting bugs. We spotted the bower bird sitting in a tree out the front. Only cons: the neighbour didn't like it when we drove over his driveway to park and got argumentative about it, and the agents/cleaners only left us only one sachet of dish liquid for the whole week and no laundry powder which was a bit tight and annoying as the shops were shut over Easter.

What you see is what you get.

Looks exactly like it does online. Has everything you need for a family get away, short stroll to the beach and friendly kangaroos. Would definitely rent again.
