Follow the paved walkway to Little Beach (500m) just across the road for calm water swimming, a children's playground, picnic area, toilet amenities, BBQ's, a boat ramp. It's also only 500m to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping – the ideal location for a relaxed beachside holiday. This property also has a communal spa located in the games room for you to enjoy.

This neat and tidy ground floor unit is perfect for your next holiday stay in Port Stephens. It offers a tiled, air-conditioned open plan living area with comfortable seating, an android Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, ceiling fan and glass sliding doors out to a covered patio area with outdoor setting overlooking beautiful, lush gardens. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, new coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and a stove, and the dining space is fitted with a solid wooden table and 8 chairs, and also has access to the outdoor patio area. There is split system air-conditioning throughout the unit and WiFi is provided.

The large main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private ensuite with shower and toilet, and there are 2 other bedrooms, one with a tri-bunk (double on bottom and one on top) and the other with 2 single beds. The main 3-way bathroom comes equipped with a wheelchair friendly shower, plus a bath and toilet, and the internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. You will have access to 2 car spaces – one in communal lockup garage and one open car space that can accommodate a boat up to 5.5m long.
