Monterey Country Club is a beautiful gated community with a 24 hour guard. It is located minutes away from down town Palm Desert where you will find shopping, restaurants and cinema's at the Westfield Mall, the world famous El Paseo Shopping District and The River. For your enjoyment the area also offers numerous public tennis & pickle ball courts and golf courses as well as easy access to excellent mountain hiking. If you feel lucky take a 15 minute drive to the local casino. Or take a short ride up the tram for a fabulous lunch. This desert patio home is guaranteed to provide you with all the comfort to relax and enjoy the California sunshine. If you enjoy swimming and sun bathing, you are just 30 steps from one of the 36 pools and spa's in the complex.
The condominium has WiFY, Internet telephone, beautiful large tiled floors and carpeted bedrooms.

b) Large round table in dining room area to accommodate up to six people.
c) Large and spacious kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, electric mixer, and pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware and a full array of utensils.
d). The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower & private toilet, large vanity with dual sinks and a large walk-in closet.
e) f) The Guest Bedroom has two double beds with direct access to another bathroom with travertine floor and a walk in shower.
f) The entertainment room/3rd bedroom has a large TV. The couch pulls out to a double bed.

Excellent vacation choice

The condo is visibly appealing with high comfort level. The kitchen well stocked, the BBQ newest variety The owners attentive and welcoming. Favorite restaurant, Cuistot, happy hour Quiet, near Club House and pool Ideal location: living desert, El Paseo, McCallum Theater, Trader Joes, Palm Desert Museum and Sculpture Garden.

You will be impressed with its spacious light and bright arched walkways, high ceilings, rounded corners, extra large Kitchen, Master Bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a private toilet room. This home has the "WOW" effect and the great view of the 7th hole, double wide golf fairway. You will say "This is the one for us". It's only 30 steps away from the pool and right across the street from the clubhouse. We know you will love the looks and the location, and our home has WiFY capabilities.
