Easy walk to everything in Lakes Entrance

This family friendly home is situated in Lakes Entrance just an easy walk to the town centre and main beach. There is a footpath all the way to town so very safe for children on bikes or scooters.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with built in robes.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - King Single and a set of single bunks.
All beds will be made up with linen and towels are also provided.
Main bathroom has a bath and shower, there is a second bathroom which doubles as the laundry, this has a toilet and shower and this is located just outside the back door so perfect for those beach days to wash sand off before going inside.
The lounge room has a flat screen TV and comfortable couch, there is also an additional sunroom.
Kitchen space is nicely renovated and has all your essentials including tea, coffee and milk.
There is also a box of kids toys and books so you don t have to pack all the kids things.

A great place in an awesome location, communication great, had all of what we needed for our 4 night stay, great having an extra toilet & shower Highly recommended We went up Lake Tyers, Buchan Caves, a few other sites, are at Kalimna Hotel, lots of other things - 5 min walk to the main road

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, comfortable lounge and beds. Proximity for many walks was perfect, certainly couldn’t ask for anything better.

Meaghan is a very good host. Got very prompt responses to queries and the house was exactly as described.Also the property is in walking distance to shops and the beach.Will surely make another trip there if we get a change

We do not advertise to have a dishwasher. There is an air conditioner in the house the the couches are not dirty!! The house was built in the 1980’s but has a renovated kitchen and is very clean. My cleaner spent extra time there today after your departure as you left dishes piled up anda pile of rice in the back yard. The house is exactly as advertised

Internally the house could not be faulted. Description of 2nd bathroom was a bit ambiguous. Exterior of property needs work. Trees & bushes need pruning, back porch area was untidy with leaves & cobwebs could have been removed from furniture & surrounds. If this was done it would make such a difference. We did enjoy our stay.

Very strict rule in holiday time, not much enjoyed

The house is good condition except there is no fan in the 2 bedrooms. No dryer in the laundry. So many bugs on the lemon tree in the garden, kid can’t play in the garden for long.

Hello, there is a dryer in the garage You left our house so dirty and full of seafood shells, also I’d like to add there are no bugs in the garden. The house has air conditioning but you are correct two of the bedrooms don’t have fans.

Lovely property

Very pretty house. Loved seeing the camellias in the garden. Well presented and very clean. We were able to do some washing. Would stay again if ever near this area.

Lakes Entrance Rental House

This rental house was spacious, clean and close to the main road. The owner made it very easy to follow her instructions and she accommodated for an earlier check in and check out. She was very prompt to reply with any queries. Definitely stay again.
