The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

This fabulous Sea Side Villa offers two views for the price of one! Enjoy both ocean and pool views from our third-floor villa. This villa, unlike most others at Seaside, has CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING instead of a single wall unit.

Just steps from the elevator make checking in a breeze. Enjoy the View of the Pool from the front door. Inside, you will find the villa to be cozy and comfortable. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The dinette comfortably seats four. The Living Area offers an Ocean View, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD, and Blu-ray. The sofa (2021) converts to a Queen Bed. The Bedroom features a queen-size Mattress and Bed Frame, bedding, a Dresser, Flat screen TV/DVD, and an Adjoining Bathroom. Built-in bunk beds in the hall are ideal for small children only.

Located Oceanfront, Sea Side Villas features Covered Parking, Security Gates, Two Pools, Washers and Dryers on each floor, a Beachfront Sundeck, Outside Shower, Outdoor Grills, and Direct Ocean Access.

The convenient location of Sea Side Villas offers easy access to many activities. Coligny Plaza, Shops, Restaurants, and a Movie Theater are all within an easy walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very nice and relaxing. The price is reasonable which is great too. Everything posted online was accurate in person. Me and my family loved how the pool was salt water instead of chlorine, something we haven’t experienced before. We weren’t too far of a walk to the eateries nearby which was nice because we prefer to walk instead of drive on nice days. The best part was how close to the beach we were. From the balcony you can see the beach is right there, a few minutes walk. I recommend seaside villas for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay.
