What makes this property unique

This home is by the sea, along the famous Gurney Drive area. It is located 5 minutes from the town center and within 30 minutes of the airport.

It has beautiful interior and high ceiling.
The location is very convenient with supermarket, restaurants and cafes on the ground floor - yet it is high enough to be away from the surroundings.
