Nearby of the Eiffel tower, this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located to visit or live in Paris.
Main touristic sites and monuments are walking distance or easily accessible by metro or bus :

10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower, champs de mars and the river seine with its“bateaux mouches”which cruise along the seine.
10 minutes walk to the excellent shopping center “beaugrenelle”

Accessible by subway :
15 minutes to the arc de triomphe, etoile, champs elysees
15 minutes to the opéra (large department stores)
15 minutes to saint Germain des prés

You will enjoy our apartment if you are looking at living the typical Parisian lifestyle with restaurants nearby, brasseries, cafés, bakeries, food stores, shopping streets and also the famous open food markets at la motte picquet twice a week, banks, pharmacy, etc… everything is there to make your life enjoyable and interesting.
Our apartment was completely renovated and decorated in 2015.
Ground floor :
Large living room with sofa bed (where two additional guests can sleep) and a flat screen TV. This room opens to the private terrace
The dining room and the kitchen open onto the living room.
Independent toilet
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. It has a large storage spaces and tv.
The bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

Downstairs
The bedroom has twin beds for independent sleeping, but they can be joined together to make a king size bed.

We were a group of of two couples over 65. The bedrooms, bathrooms (2 full and a lavette), and closets were all perfect for our 10 day stay. Kitchen, dishwasher, cooktop all available with plenty of utensils. There were 3 Metro station in close proximity. Neighborhood bistros were convenient. Washing machine was good, but needed to air dry clothes. Would highly recommend. Very nice person in charge!

Wonderful location!

We loved staying in this flat in the 15th eme - perfect location - close to metro stops and Tour de Eiffel but not touristy. Great boulangeries and cafes right around the corner. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay in Paris. It's, at the same time, both close to tourist attractions and away from the tourist sites in a quiet neighborhood where the locals live. Lots of shopping nearby as well as restaurants. Loved the small City market just down the block where we could pick up food essentials

Modern, Clean, Nicely Appointed Garden Apartment

My husband, teenage son and I just returned home from a lovely stay here. The spacious apartment is exactly as described and is remarkably quiet, despite being in the heart of the 15th and a mere 2-3 minute walk from three major subway lines. A convenient and delightful retreat.

Wonderful Stay!

Jocelyne was a great host and communicated very well! The location was so close to shops, restaurants and the metro. The space was amazing for my family of 5 and my parents. The 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa helped fit all of us. The kitchen had all the utensils and dishes needed for us and the 3 bathrooms were so nice! I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Cozy and Clean Haven of Peace

First of all, Jocelyne was amazing to work with. Her apartment is beautiful and the hot shower with amazing pressure was a plus after a long day of walking. We loved being close to the Eiffel Tower and being within walking distance to so many cafes. It was just a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Lovely modern spacious apartment located perfectly! Safe area with grocery store across the street and restaurants all around. Short walk to metro. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Contemporary oasis in a true Parisian neighborhood.

Jocelyn, our host, could not have been more lovely. The space is sleek, clean and a delightful respite from the hectic outside. It is located in neighborhood of Parisians, not tourists, which we found to be a plus. The convenience to the metro also made it easy. We highly recommend.

Incredible experience

Wow, what a trip. It’s not often that you have high expectations and they are highly exceeded. Jocelyne Haven of Peace provides everything one needs. It was a spotlessly clean, spacious property that has all the amenities for our family of 3. The 2 large floors and 2 1/2 bathrooms provided us and our 16 year old granddaughter with privacy and comfort. The garden gave us a beautiful scenic view.Jocelyne was the perfect host!! She is a charming, professional host who was always available to help and provide us with helpful suggestions. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. We ate at nearly all of them.The 15th arrondissement is a perfect area for shopping and restaurants. There are 2 convenient metros within blocks of the house. We used the metro exclusively for the 8 days.We strongly recommend this property and we will undoubtedly return soon!Thank you Jocelyne

High expectations met in every way.

Communication prior to our stay and while en route was excellent. Access to the facility was granted immediately upon our arrival. Cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Location within Paris was excellent; close to shops, restaurants, and metro. Everything referenced in the VRBO listing was as advertised; zero disappointment. I would book again without even looking at another location should I return to Paris.

Beautiful view in the courtyard

This apartment is great for people that have been to Paris before. It is in a neighborhood that does not have many tourists so it has a local feel. Yet, the Eiffel tower is only a few blocks away, and it has several convenient metro stations. The owner, Jocelyne, lives close by, so she was able to meet us in the morning and explain everything in the apartment.

The Haven of Peace is a lovely apartment with a lovely sunroom, livingroom and kitchen on the main floor. The neighborhood has a great bakery and supermarket as well as several good restaurants. The apartment is about a five minute walk from the nearest Metro.

Great location, Great place, Great Landlord!

We had a great time in Paris. This property is well manage and maintain. You will be close from restaurants, Eiffel Tower and other main attractions. What a wonderful stay we had in this apartment! Jocelyne was there to greet us when we arrived, and showed us everything we needed for our 5 day stay. She even left a wonderful bottle of wine for us to enjoy during our stay! The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was really great. There were so many bakeries, coffee shops, butchers, markets, and clothing shops. We used the metro through the week, and there were a couple of stops very convenient to the apartment. Place is amazing - will stay here again

The place is so nicely redone, access is great. On the first floor but quiet. Everything works well. Near two metro lines (8,10) and the Rue du Commerce us a very cute shopping Street with a nice little Park. There is a Carrefour City on the block. Place couldn't be nicer or more convenient. Jocelyne is a wonderful owner and nearby if you need anything. The AC is legit central air with lots of control panels thru out the place.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood for walking and eating. Even though there were many people and families on the main Street at the cafes and shops, the apartment which is on a side street was very quiet. Jocelyn was extremely helpful in providing information and went out of her way to help us when we needed it. We ate a few times at a restaurant which was a 3 minute walk from the apartment and bought pastries from the bakery down the street. Both we would go to again! I highly recommend Haven of Peace for a wonderful stay in Paris.

Truly a Gem in Paris!

Exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious, has a full kitchen and modern layout. It was a bit chilly so we never sat outside but the sunroom felt like we were outside and was bright. The location was excellent, in a more residential area while still being close to the Metro and all major tourist sites. We went to local markets too. Good for family or 2 couples. Very quiet while being close to shops and restaurants. Jocelyn the owner was very helpful and good communication. She was there when we arrived and took us through the property. Truly a gem!

Lovely stay

Host was very helpful and always timely with communication. Neighborhood was not in the heart of a tourist area, but the three different metro lines within minutes walk made getting everywhere easy. Apartment was clean. Stylish and well stocked for cooking if you choose. Only caution is that the stairs down to the 2nd bedroom and bath are rather steep, so caution if you plan on staying with small children. Also, the downstairs bedroom and bath have no windows, so might be a problem for some….not an issue for us as the rooms were well lit. I would definitely stay again.
