We are long time Santa Barbara residents who absolutely love living in Santa Barbara and truly make the most of living here. Tim grew up in Santa Barbara surfing at all the great local surf spots that the Central Coast has to offer. Shruti moved here to attend UCSB and never wants to move again! Together, we enjoy spending time with our kids and our wonderful friends.
Why they chose this property
We are excited to share our new home with you. We love the fact that you can lead the SB lifestyle by walking across the street to get to the beach. The house and neighborhood is close to the Santa Barbara Harbor and shops as well as downtown SB and the Funk Zone.
