Welcome to Villa Scarlett

This stunning south/western exposure vacation villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on a Gulf access canal with an electrically heated pool, soothing waterfall and spa on an expansive paver-covered lanai.
Enjoy dining at the large outdoor dining table and gorgeous sunsets on the lanai which features a grill, abundant comfortable lounging areas and a 50-inch HD flat screen smart TV.
Soaring cathedral ceilings with an open floor plan, comfortable furnishings and an HD flat screen smart TV in tthe living room and guest bedrooms. This professionally-decorated home makes entertaining easy with its open, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and large island, a split floor plan with a second master which provides a convenient hallway bathroom and a large slider to the lanai.
The main master has a slider to the lanai and en suite bathroom double sinks and a large walk-in shower. With its convenient central location, this home is just minutes away from all that Cape Coral has to offer, including Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point and the Yacht Club with its community park, pool, and beach.

Cape Coral is our Favorite

We stayed for 26 days in March. The pool was great. Good neighborhood. Close to Publix, Walgreens, and restaurants. Beach chairs, bicycles, and cooler are in the garage. We enjoyed our stay. Vesteva management was responsive and great to deal with.

Very nice place and location

Just as described. Pool heat quit the day before Thanksgiving, but they sent repair man out the day after to repair. TV outside doesn't have live TV just apps so couldn't watch OSU/MICH. game outside. Probably good thing. Went on Dolphin Cruise which is just down the road 5 mins. away. Great tour!

Our family has been renting homes in Cape Coral since 2015 and every house has been in the same area. We always look for properties that are bright, light and clean. This house truly was great but the staged pics on the Vrbo site weren’t quite as accurate in person. Cons: The bedding didn’t look very clean on any of the beds and two beds had white substances smudged on them. We only used 2 bedrooms with the master bathroom Adjoining them and the pillows were extremely old and lumpy. Some of the pillows were stained and gross. The kitchen lacked basic essentials for cooking and the ice maker in the freezer would only kick out ice enough for one small cup so we had to buy ice at the gas station. We planned on cooking all breakfasts and lunches for the week, which means we’d have garbage. The house only provided one garbage bag total. We had to purchase garbage bags as well as toilet paper and paper towel. We fully understand that Vrbo isn’t responsible for providing all paper products but every home we’ve ever rented had at least 2 rolls of each that would get you through for a few days but not here. There was one roll of cheap dollar tree toilet paper on the bar and that’s it. The lock to the lanai was broken and we were told to fix it ourselves. Lastly, my husband sat in a chair by the pool to eat his breakfast and it completely gave out- legs snapped right off and he’s not a large man. 5’ 8” and 170lbs. I’d stay here again but would be more prepared.
