Take in the sweeping views of Killcare Beach and surrounding Bouddi National Park from the large covered balcony that wraps around the entire front of the property.
There is wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans throughout for those hot summer days.

* Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, island benchtop
* The property has unsealed off street parking.
