Waggy Waterfront Retreat Adults Only Accommodation
Completed in 2018 this contemporary 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modular resort style accommodation is the quintessence of waterfront living featuring your own private jetty for swimming fishing, boating or kayaking.
This very private abode is all on one level with 2 modular style pods adjoined by a 60 square meter entertaining deck and undercover Vergola. The larger pod includes main bedroom bathroom, has a gourmet Caesar Stone kitchen with modern appliances, island bench seating, lounge/living area that leads out to a gorgeous undercover verandah right on the waterfront. The second pod has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and full laundry facilities. The large Vergola covered outdoor deck is designed for outdoor living and has a sun lounge and large table for alfresco dining. The open plan living and deck overlooks landscaped gardens, grassy yard and Pretty Beach bay. Also boasts a 5500 litre concrete spa pool that overlooking the beautiful Brisbane Waters and Pretty Beach Bay.

Due to the nature and design of the house with the separate accommodation we do not accept children, pets are also not permitted.

Activities
Being absolute waterfront with a private jetty swimming fishing can all be done from your back door. There are also numerous other fishing spots within easy reach around the bay. If you own a boat there is no provision to tie it up on the jetty however it can be moored in front of the house. There are two twin person kayaks also available for use free during your stay. Own life jackets will need to be provided.
Tennis racquets are also available for those wishing to play at the nearby courts. There are also 6 share bicycles to use - ideal to bike around to the eateries at Hardy s Bay.
The ferry stop is 300 metres from the front door where you can take the ferry to Sydney s northern beaches or connect to a bus into the city. Bus stop is around the corner which will connect you to the rail in Woy Woy.
Ideally located for bush walking throughout the expansive Bouddi National Park taking in the scenic coastline, secluded bays and bush land. Beautiful Lobster Beach is a fifteenth minute walk through the National Park or the patrolled beach at Killcare is a five minute drive.

90 minutes from Sydney CBD by car, train or ferry, Waggy Waterfont presents a great retreat getaway. This largely undiscovered locality offers many wonderful attractions including the extensive Brisbane Waters, coastline walks amazing bird life and secluded beaches such as Maitland Bay where parts of the SS Maitland wreck still sit upon the rocks
Hardys Bay Club for eating ghreat pub food plus all the wonderful boutique eateries are only minutes away which offer the best local seafood and produce available.
