Quintessential Ocean Grove victorian on a quiet street.
JULY & AUGUST: 7 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED SUNDAY-SUNDAY!
2-3 night minimum throughout the year.
One block from the charming Main Street of Ocean Grove and steps to the footbridge to the heart of Asbury Park. All of the best restaurants, bars & shops are less than a 5 min walk away. Truly the best of both worlds.
A short 7 minute walk to the beach (6 short blocks), you’ll pass the Great auditorium and Days Ice Cream on the way.

The house has central air and comes with wi-fi, smart tv and DVD player. It also includes 4 beach badges.

2nd bedroom - queen bed,
3rd bedroom -bunk bed with twin and full mattress.
A pull-out Queen sized sofa bed in the living room

The attic is off the master bedroom, and can be used as a play space for kids, there is a large sectional sofa, table, a tv and dvd, and plenty of board games.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the lovely front porch, or sit out on the back patio which has a gas grill and seating for outdoor dining.

My friends and I rented this house for a weekend getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home itself is adorable, cozy, comfortable, and immediately welcoming. It was ideal for family-style dinners, and all the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed starting our mornings drinking coffee on the front porch.Ocean Grove is such a charming destination if you’re looking for something low-key and unique. The Victorian architecture and relaxed beach-town atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for our weekend together. We also loved how walkable everything was—restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk were all just minutes away. We never even needed to get in the car!I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special and memorable stay by the beach.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay at Natalie’s ocean grove house. The location was perfect, a few blocks to the beach and even closer to the asbury park bridge. The house was spacious, clean, and well decorated, with all the amenities we needed (grill, linens, bath towels, washer/dryer, even a pack and play!) Check in was a breeze and communication was great. We would stay again for sure!!

Family Beach Rental

This house was perfect for our family of 8. It fit everyone comfortably and had a quaint vibe. It is perfectly located close to the beach, Ocean Grove town, and Asbury Park. Everything was a quick 5 minute walk. Natalie was very responsive to anything we needed, including letting us leave our luggage at the house before check-in. My family really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time!

Loved this cozy home! Beautifully decor, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, nice outdoor spaces ( front porch and back patio). Short walk to the beach. Beach badges a plus. A beautiful beach retreat

What a find! This lovely home was the perfect beach retreat for two city professionals looking to escape for a bit down the shore. An easy walk from the train station, the beach, to the local downtown, and to nearby Asbury Park-- yet situated on a quiet neighborhood street-- the location is amazing. And the house is amazingly taken care of-- clean, comfortable, convenient, and quite charming! We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home.

An absolute dream beach house

We were there for my partner’s 40th with friends. Everyone kept saying how gorgeous the house was and how charming!! It was unfortunately a rainy weekend but we had such a lovely time being together in the space. We loved how it was a short walk over a cute footbridge to venture out for a drink or a meal. We have all said that we would love to come back for another visit.

Extended Wedding Stay

Our cousin was getting married in Asbury Park, so we decided to extend our stay and enjoy some time in Ocean Grove. We could not have wished for better accommodations! There was plenty of room for the six of us, me and my husband, our two adult sons and my sister and her husband. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect. We walked to Ocean Grove downtown, to the beach and to Asbury Park. Our host Natalie was very accommodating and easy to work with. She provided us with a "House Book" that detailed all of the information that we needed, including restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this home for an anytime get away!

Cozy, laid-back house and stay

We loved this house. It's been nicely finished inside, and it has character: wooden floors, slightly creaky staircase, the woodwork of a house that's enjoyed its spot in Ocean Grove for a very long time, a great front porch to greet the morning (and a neighbor or two) with a coffee, three welcoming bedrooms, a big-enough kitchen for three adults to move about without bumping into each other all the time. Clearly, the owners have put some time and love into the place, but it's not ornate or "modern." It's simple and unpretentious and livable and perfect for a beach house. Add to that the warmth we felt from Natalie, even just in emails, and you have a very attractive getaway. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful Place

Our family of four kicked off summer with our stay in peacefully perfect Ocean Grove. This rental had everything we needed to make our time away as enjoyable as possible. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including an ice-maker. Plenty of places in and outside the house to relax alone with a book or gather for a game of cards. WiFi helped us check email and watch a movie or two. This time of year (mid-June), parking was simple and convenient right in front of the house. Early morning strolls to Main Street for a little pastry treat (OG Bake Shoppe), coffee (Odyssey) or a bagel (All Star Bagel by the Beach) were super accessible. Glad to see The Emporium set up a fantastic "Beach Bungalow" at the back of their shop with tons of OG t's and sweatshirts! Days delicious ice cream was a short few blocks away as was access to Asbury Park. The neighborhood was bursting with beautiful flowers and friendly neighbors. Because it was a quieter time of year, we opted to load our beach gear in the car and drive down to the ocean front parking, but plenty of neighbors loaded their backpacks and strolled down the street. Natalie, the homeowner, was easily reachable and very helpful! If you need a summer stay, do consider THIS perfect family beach house! We are thrilled we did!

Our family has been coming to Ocean Grove for the past 10 years with our kids. We absolutely love the town, and the beach. We recently purchased this property, as we live nearby, and like to spend as much time in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park as we can. We have put a lot of love into the space, and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house immediately. It has a lot of character and history. The former owner was the longtime manager of Peter, Paul & Mary, and the space has a very laid back and funky vibe.
It is close to everything, but also sits on a quiet peaceful street. There really is no need to drive while you are here. Park your car when you arrive, and walk or bike the rest of your stay.
We are also a short walk to the Asbury NJ transit station. So, you actually don't need a car at all.
