Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa accommodates up to eight guests. It’s the perfect base to explore the best of Hamilton Island. Nestled within The Edge complex, Villa 12 provides access to the resort's infinity pool. The villa’s design effortlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Spread over two expansive levels, the villa optimizes space and light, creating an atmosphere of openness and indulgence. The main entertaining deck is spacious and airy, equipped with a dining area for eight, a bar table with chairs, and a state-of-the-art BBQ. The high ceilings throughout the dining and kitchen area add to the villa’s high-end comforts.

The modern kitchen features top European appliances, a Nespresso Pod Machine, and a wine fridge. With ample crockery, cutlery, and cookware, you'll feel right at home.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the lower level and offer queen and queen/twin beds, respectively, with built-in wardrobes and flat screen televisions. For additional guests there are two quality single air-mattresses. There may be an additional charge for these depending how many guests are on your original reservation.

Travel upstairs to find a spacious and luxurious master suite commanding this entire floor. Featuring a comfortable king bed with bedside drawers and lamps, LCD television, and a generous walk-in wardrobe, you’ll easily settle in and feel at home.
