Cosy, well appointed and clean home on great block in great location. Books and games for children and young adults. Good heating for nippy nights. Will definitely come again.
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered this home. While it did not give much away from the outside, the interior was warm and inviting. The master bedroom and ensuite and bathroom/laundry had been updated and were fresh and modern. All the bedrooms were large with an open plan lounge and kitchen. The huge backyard would be a plus for families with children. Close to the shops and main access to beach with a walkway through the bush to Paris Cres Beach. Would definitely return.

Honest review
We had an interesting stay. On our first evening there, the water pump stopped working after our swim in the beach. We thought we were out of tank water as the power hadn't tripped. We called the agent who organised someone to come over promptly to restart the pump. An hour after the person left, the water pump stopped working again, so we did the same thing to re-start it and turned off our AC just to make sure it wasn't turning off the water pump. We had to severely ration our water usage that night, going to the public toilets to wash instead. The next day, whilst we were out, the water tanks got filled and the pump never stopped working again. Two kids got over 200 mosquito bites each, one had 145, and the other had 67 overnight whilst sleeping. Don't know why there was so many mossies around. Besides that, the location and house was good.
We all had a wonderful time, nice and quiet, relaxing and good weather. Great place to visit with the family and great yard for the dog.

Dusty, hot but well equipped
We unfortunately arrived on a gusty 41 degree day so it put us in a unique situation that others may not have to experience. The place had been locked up and was like stepping into a sauna with the strangest toxic smell, new flooring or something? There is one ceiling fan in the main bed, a small pedestal fan, and a small floor fan, but all pretty redundant for the size of the place and in that heat. When the cool change happened I set about opening up the windows, however I doubt the blinds and curtains have been cleaned in some time, I was sneezing and sniffling for hours after that - so much so that I had to buy some antihistamines just to survive the next 4 days.
You can tell there is been some updates to the property but it would've been better had they spent less money on marine and beach themed ornaments and more on maintenance eg. Fly screens, cleaning, and locks. Best part was fussball table. Won't be back again but some may like it's rustic appeal.
Beautiful area.
The house was not very clean. We could barely see out of the windows they had so much dirt on them but on calling property manager there were cleaners out in no time to clean them.
It needs a thorough clean, I spent about 3 hours vacuuming the dust from skirting boards and what looked like cat hair from the chairs and carpeted areas, everything had to be moved. I wouldnt have bothered but my daughters allergies flared up due to the dust and dander, so she had a miserable few days.
There was only two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people For 5 nights, you have to take everything to this house even soap which is ok if you're aware of it.
The house is a bit run down bit I would stay again if it had a spring clean.

Comfortable and good value for the price.
We had a great stay. A modest beach house with fun decor, plenty of space, chairs indoors and out. Nice location. Great for kids and dogs too! Be prepared for mozzies.
