Pure Shores is a 3 bedroom townhouse half a block from Inverloch main beach and 1 block from the town centre. It is an architect designed beach retreat with great views of the ocean and Anderson Inlet from the private roof deck and has all the ingredients for a relaxing beach holiday. "Invy" is a cool little sea-side village with it s own great beaches and is midway between Phillip Island and Wilson s Prom making it an awesome location to explore the Bass coast.

The home has 3 levels with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with separate walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and TV. The 1st bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both 1st and 2nd bedrooms have built-in robes with full length mirrors. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters. Each bedroom has lockable sliding glass doors and fly wire screens to the back yard. The bedrooms have bedside cupboards and lamps.
The main bathroom has a shower and spa bath. Both bathrooms include electric towel heaters, toiletries and a hair dryer. Instantaneous gas hot water system provides continuous hot water. The laundry has a washer and dryer and includes detergent etc. An iron and ironing board are in the downstairs cupboard.
The first floor has an light-filled open plan lounge, living, dining and kitchen space which includes a separate relaxation lounge and a reading corner. A separate toilet is also located on this level.
The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with microwave, toaster and pizza maker. We also provide some essentials such as tea, coffee, long life milk, cereals, spreads, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sauces etc. There is a large fridge freezer, an electric kettle, electric oven, gas cooktop, range hood and dishwasher. A filtered water tap is located at the sink. Kitchen wares and cooking utensils are provided.
The lounge has a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc included and accessible from the remote. Free wifi is available throughout the home. The remote control for the split system air-conditioner is located near the fridge. An electric panel heater is located near the relaxation lounge. The coffee table has a sliding compartment with games/puzzles for the kids.
The dining area has a six seater dining table which can be extended.
The roof deck has a table and chairs, barbecue and ice bucket provided for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. A sun umbrella is available.
The secure backyard has an eight seater outdoor setting and a lounge chair.
A 2 car carport is located at the front of the property and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach after a swim is near the front door.
A walkway down the side of the house to the backyard is where the clothes line is located and the rubbish bins are stored.
